Excellent made-to-order breakfast Pillows were a little too flat. We wish the shower had a grab bar.

We walked into a very welcoming environment. Coffee and water provided in the lobby. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It smelled fresh and nice. We were in room 2 and it was decorated very cute and felt comfortable and peaceful. The bed was excellent. We loved having access to the wrap around porch to sit and have morning coffee. The staff were all very friendly. An amazing breakfast was included in our stay, we could order off of a menu and it was included. The food was delicious. The price was very fair. Acorn Hill is much better than staying in a chain hotel. I cannot recommend staying at Acorn Hill enough. It is a hidden gem!

Everything was wonderful! Breakfast was included and delicious. The staff from the owner to the cleaning staff were friendly and knowledgeable and they all went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible . The entire facility was immaculate. One of our favorite parts was sitting in the front porch with our friends in the evenings. Nothing!

Absolutely amazing place that made us feel like a home away from home. Wanda and staff all so welcoming and hospitable. Bonus was enjoying rocking chair on the porch with greetings from geese and outdoor kitty. We appreciated the whole experience. Thanks so much. We plan to return again.

All the staff were wonderful, especially the owner. She was a pure delight. You can definitely tell they care about what they do and they’re all so sweet and nice. I will definitely be staying there again. Nothing that I did not like.

Beautiful house with spacious, clean rooms in a bucolic setting. We did not use the spa but the property looked well equipped, with a separate building for that offering. We all loved the breakfast, it was not the typical bed & breakfast set menu. There were several choices on the menu to choose from. Location is a short drive to downtown, maybe 10 minutes. 15 to 20 to get to the Liberty University campus. 5 minutes to a grocery. We've already booked a 2nd stay here since we'll be back in Lynchburg in a couple months. The staff are wonderful. nothing

This is a homelike, cozy, peaceful place to stay. The rooms are more like small apartments. I love the free breakfast which has several options made to order. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The fitness room needs updating.
