Conveniently located to area attractions and a good price.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Timberlake Motel, and can see why so many other guests have given this homey accommodation such glowing reviews. The staff were very courteous and welcoming and the room was quiet and well appointed, with a luxurious bed and linens that made for a very pleasant rest. The Timberlake Motel is also conveniently placed with easy access to the downtown historic district or to some of the other landmark areas of Lynchburg, such as the university or shopping mall. Will stay there again when I'm in the Lynchburg area, and look forward to it.

It was great for a one night stay while traveling. Clean, quiet, well kept. Staff were very reasonable and friendly.

Good breakfast

The breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down. The blind on an inside door was broken into several pieces. We had to leave it pulled up. & One of the drawers was also broken. We didn't need to use it, but it came apart when we opened it. The bed was comfortable. So, that was the biggest plus. We had been told it was the nicest room in the motel (not by the motel management), but, I don't think it was. Room 101 is the room we stayed in.

Room was comfortable and service was comparable to larger chain hotels without the opulent entrance. Good value for the dollar.

Great place to stay. Great pool.

There was a weird attached outdoor space with a sink, stove, microwave and table. The door to the space had no lock, and the blind on the door window was broken and didn't close. There was no coffee maker, or even a box of Kleenex. We left as soon as we woke up.

Everything it was great

Sheets were clean. Water was warm. Food was good for breakfast. Just a basic motel stain nothing fancy a little old, but everything was clean.

Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!

The staff was very courteous, room very clean and the breakfast was above average. Scrambled eggs made to order.

The breakfast was simple but nice. The coffee was great. The staff was very sweet and professional. Everything was very clean.

The property wasn’t anything like the photo on line, very run down inside and out. Would never stay again!

An older motel with hallways. The AC worked well and for a wall unit it was much quieter than expected. The staff at Timberlake are incredible. They are super friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. A clean place with friendly staff will bring me back anytime. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel, this is not it. But if you value, a reasonably priced, clean place to spend the night, you’ll be happy with Timberlake Motel.

Staff was great and exceptionally accommodating. They let us leave our luggage there since we were going on a hike and were advised not to leave any valuables in our rental vehicle. The room was clean. The hallways smelled like marijuana and stale smoke. Not a bad place at all though.
