This property is highly misleading compared to its online listing. The accommodations are incredibly outdated; the bathroom was in such disrepair that my child was frightened to enter it. Management is incredibly difficult and unaccommodating. We brought two vehicles but were only permitted to park one. Despite a garage being available and utilized by other guests, we were denied access. The owner’s wife approached me aggressively during both arrival and departure, demanding I move my vehicle while I was actively loading and unloading our luggage. Finally, they arbitrarily tried to move the checkout time up to 9:00 AM upon our arrival. I had to get Booking.com customer service involved, who confirmed and enforced the standard 10:00 AM checkout time. I would not recommend staying here.

Nothing. Service was terrible. When I arrived to check in, male older man asked for my ID which was fine, then he looked at it for like 2-3 minutes and asked for my name and gave him my name. Then he asked if it was only one person, I booked the stay for 2, but I arrived early. I told him I booked for two but that the other person was on the way. Then he said only one parking and that okay it’s fine to have boyfriend here. He didn’t let me talk so he explained the check out. Then I told him “okay my turn to talk, it is not a boyfriend, I am here because I have to work at the hospital tomorrow and live far, the person coming is my classmate.” It was insulting the tone he said and assumed I have a boyfriend. Then I get into the room, it smelled like cigarettes in the room, yet there’s signs of no smoking which is why I decided to book a stay here because I am asthmatic. THEN there’s a meal in the bathroom, I immediately tried to cancel but it was too late. The mattress was so hard. I decided to grab my belongings and book with another hotel. It was terrible service and terrible room.

Free parking Where do I start? Old ripped bed sheets dirty very old towel. Old building inside do not get fooled by the outside. Bathroom door didnt close the whole inside destroyed. The staff is an old couple that does take a long time to check in and hand keys.

It is landscaped. It is well kept. The staff discriminated against us, because we are seniors with mobility issues and they are afraid that we will fall down. So they did not renew our stay for another 7 days. Please look up my booking prior to this at miller hotel in Bell Gardens. They totally ffd us over because of mobility.

It was quiet and was left alone No microwave, kept reminding me of the 10:00 am check out and would not give me a receipt

Nothing At reception they have a grandpaa i think 200 years old he don’t what he is doing , knock my door almost 7 times my check in took almost one hour cuz he don’t know how to enter data ……. Honestly don’t waste your money

Convenient because of the location there is laundromat across and a mini mart As soon as you walk in, it smells like cigarettes and burnt metal, there was roaches in my room. I’m not sure if I had bed bites, but I had to go to the urgent care because I woke up with a bunch of bite marks all over my legs. The blow dryer in the bathroom was broken There was graffiti and scratch marks all over the bathroom door and walls The shower knobs were loose and broken, but the water worked fine Mini fridge was decently clean And there was an extra door with extra chains and locks which looked super crazy The AC was the only thing that was honestly genuinely good

There’s cable tv and the water gets really hot n The staff are very rude and prejudice. Parking is horrible. No microwaves. Broken vending machines. It could have been cleaner. Broken bathroom fan.
-
To top it off, they demanded a $200 deposit upon check-in, which seemed excessive given the state of the room. The floors were filthy; after walking barefoot, the soles of my feet were black. The TV didn’t work at all, and most of the power outlets in the room were non-functional. This hotel was an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
