The hotel was easy to locate. The parking wss mostly clean and well lit. A few more options for the breakfast such as scrambled eggs would have been nice.

It was musty smelling on the first floor and there were several dehumidifiers in use and all wer were needed to be emptied. The ice maker was not working correctly..

Rooms very damp. Mildy musty smell. Stairwell carpets are filthy and never vacuumed. Just gross

I had easy access and it was quiet. It's time to do some upgrades. Furniture is getting old and showing dirt stains. The outlets need to be updated to accommodate devices such as iPhones, laptops, etc. The pillows on the bed (King) were 3 small square pillows. I ended up getting my own pillow.

Although the room was comfortable, there was a strong musty odor in the hall and room.

I miss having a hotpot to heat water in my room. The room door stuck a little, but it didn't become a problem for me.

Every time I come to Lansing I get a hotel, I have tried many of them and this Hotel is by far the best, it's very clean, beds are comfortable staff is very polite. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely suite but it wasn't that clean, I was disappointed to see that there was dirt/trash on the bathroom floor and carpet. I would give this place another try to see if it was just a fluke.
