Everything was perfect

I booked a room a week in advance and notify them that I wanted to quiet room upstairs and they gave me a handicap room on the fourth floor

Hotel clean. Doors loud

Staff friendly and property is conveniently located. Property does not have own EV Charging and rely on the EV Chargers across the street at the utility company which are typically fully or malfunctioned.

The bathroom fan running 24/7 is the only complaint. Other than that everything was good.

The room was super clean and fresh. The employees were helpful and very polite. This is my second time staying here and I do recommend it, price is not bad.

It's a nice place BUT the front office wasn't understanding my situation. Did not know they added a $50 dollar deposit. They don't accept card like PayPal , Venmo, Chime. So I had to wait for my brother to pay it. The staff kept calling me up as if the issue had a solution but no. You could tell I'm disabled because of my walking but still had to walk from the opposite side the hotel. So it would take me about 10 minutes to get to the front and they can just come talk to me. I was sitting down at the end after I checked out I did do a late checkout which is only $25 which is fine on the way out as I was putting my room key to their little box. One of the girls casually told me "OH' WE'RE KEEPING YOUR DEPOSIT!" Blank face, low monotone voice across the room. We are your deposit. Again, they check out for one hour is $25. They took the full $50. Again, it is very nice place, but the staff was not understanding. Feel like I was being stressed out when I was waiting on my brother to get out of work to come here so we can use this card for the $50 deposit if they check out his $25 for one hour they took the $50. For the extra hour. For a checkout basically it's OK. I just have the situation and collected the full $50 instead of 25. So they stole money technically from me. There are cheaper alternatives paces that are more professional staff then this hotel. Sorry for the long rant and I'd you stay here hopefully you have a better experience then I did.

No hot water toilet had problems flush air conditioner wasn’t cold there as empty breakfast trays and eating was a mess

Breakfast was just ok, but everything else was very nice.

Our east facing window had a very thin curtain allowing the sun to shine through the window as soon as the sun began to rise.

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Super clean and cozy spaces, and a great location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Yosemite, but still a super doable distance from the park. Staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here anytime we come back to the area!

Thankful for a clean bed & bathroom. Staff friendly, quick night sleep- easy.
