    I stayed at La Quinta this weekend and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bartender working the night shift on 6/3. My room was clean and well kept. Breakfast included was so convenient. My only complaint is that they did not have hot water running when I showered, and that was unpleasant.

    The front desk informed me that I was the first person to call regarding the water & that I needed to wait until the hot water came back on. I then asked if they turned the hot water off & she said no. So, I asked why I needed to wait until the hot water was turned back on if it wasn't turned off. At this point her attitude changed, she became rude. She offered to contact management to approve a full refund and suggested that I find another hotel. I reminded her that it was midnight and a holiday. At this point I decided to take a cold shower and go to bed. I turned the covers back on the bed and the sheets were dirty and hair was on the sheets & pillows. I called her again, explained the situation & asked for some clean sheets so that I could change the bed. She informed me that there were no clean sheets or pillowcases. I asked her to please confirm that there were no clean sheets or pillowcases available. She replied that the laundry was not completed earlier that day. After about 30 minutes she found some clean sheets, I changed my bed and got to sleep. The next day I asked another guess if they had problems with the water. They said that their water had been cold at night too for 2 nights.

    The stay all went smoothly, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is provided and was good and some cookies where left out in the evening. Room was comfortable and clean. No compliants, it was a great place to stay. Definately recommended.

    Check in at 1:43 not 3:00 and for that reason was charged an early fee. Room didn’t have lotion went to ask and reception desk and were told they were completely out so had to go buy lotion. Water in tub/shower did not drain as you were showering. Will not be staying at this hotel again. We had stayed several time and had not had issues at all.

    The only thing I didn’t like the room was dirty and had a lot of dust in the vents and there was no hot water when we needed to take a shower.

    This is a beautiful, new hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. The only complaint I have is the shower head. Everything was perfect until I took a shower under that horrible, tiny, water saver spout. It’s unfortunate that they went with the cheapest option.

    The biggest disappointment was the shower. After a long day, I was really looking forward to a hot shower, but there was no hot water. When I called the front desk, I was told that too many guests were using the showers at the same time. While I appreciate the explanation, I have stayed at many hotels and have never experienced this issue before. Considering the price I paid, not being able to take a hot shower was a major letdown and definitely affected my overall experience.
