The good: room was comfortable and clean, beds were comfortable, the location was very safe and secure, and the breakfast was wonderful. The bad: some staff were rude, swimming pool was under maintenance during entire stay, hallways stunk of dog urine, bathroom was not fully stocked. The Hilton nailed my core needs, but could do better. Would probably not consider another stay here. You can have the same experience at the Hyatt Place for 2/3 the cost. *Madison MS is lovely, but 0-2 on hotel experiences and restaurants….

The property was very well kept, nicely appointed and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the amenities such as the pool and the boardwalk to various restaurants for dinner was very convenient. Great location would stay there again if we’re ever in the area.

I was traveling with my dogs and loved the walking path from hotel that went around a pond. The path went by a shopping area with a few places to eat. Dogs enjoyed the walk around. Staff was nice and put me in first floor room next to an exit. I will stay again!

The hotel was great, staff were very polite, gym, although small, had everything you would need which is important to me. My only complaint would be the tub/shower combo. That tub was super slippery when showering. I would be surprised if no one has fallen in it.. Outside of that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
