Clean room ,friendly staff, easy check-in /check-out service, plus free parking. Can't comment about the breakfast, pool or exercise room because we didn't utilize them. Excellent stay!

We visited family in Madison MS and the location was convenient and close to SCV. Nearby was shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was cheaper in advance when bought with booking. Parking was free and convenient.

Every one of the staff we encountered was personable and very helpful. The rooms were neat and well stocked. Parking was convenient and accessible. The location was in the center of business and close to the major thoroughfares. This is an excellent choice for travelers.

The good: room was comfortable and clean, beds were comfortable, the location was very safe and secure, and the breakfast was wonderful. The bad: some staff were rude, swimming pool was under maintenance during entire stay, hallways stunk of dog urine, bathroom was not fully stocked. The Hilton nailed my core needs, but could do better. Would probably not consider another stay here. You can have the same experience at the Hyatt Place for 2/3 the cost. *Madison MS is lovely, but 0-2 on hotel experiences and restaurants….

I like the fact that it was close to places to eat. The pond was a nice touch.

The property was very well kept, nicely appointed and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the amenities such as the pool and the boardwalk to various restaurants for dinner was very convenient. Great location would stay there again if we’re ever in the area.

I'm writing this place down so I can come back whenever I can. This place was amazing, the lady at the front was so kind. Highly recommend
