The Quality Inn hotel is located just two miles from Southern Arkansas University. This hotel is a short drive to Logoly State Park and Lake Columbia. The surrounding forests shelter deer, turkey and quail with annual open seasons. Magnolia, Arkansas is the host city of the Magnolia Blossom Festival and the World Championship Steak Cook Off, which are held annually every May. The hotel is walking distance from the historic Columbia County Courthouse and the Lights Fantastic Festival. Be sure to check out the Purple Hull Pea Festival held in nearby Emerson during the last weekend in June. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. I reserved two rooms. The only problem we had was that one of the rooms shower didnt want to turn off. Rooms were clean and the person on duty was very nice and cheerful.

When attending a funeral, could not get a late check out past noon. Needed to change clothes before taking a flight.

Stayed with my family and we all had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my little girl really enjoyed the pool.

It was good for one night stay. Could use some updating. Overall felt safe.

I did not feel comfortable there and was glad it was only for one night. The room is in need of a serious remodel. It smelled musty and there were stains throughout. The shower was dirty and stained, as was the carpeting. We definitely did not walk around without shoes on. The pool was green. Also, the walkway on the second floor leans so much that it felt unsafe.

Got in late, AC was turned off, and could not turn it on. They had to turn it on at the main desk. It worked fine, but took a while to cool down. Otherwise a great stay.

Only issue I had was they charged us twice. But was fixed the next morning. The room was nice and clean, tho.

We checked in to the first room and it had a weird smell and the smoke detector had a screw in the speaker so it was continuously beeping. They moved us to another room and the smoke detector was working correctly. However, I rented the room so we could enjoy the swimming pool during our stay. The swimming pool was not clean or usable during our stay. It had not been cleaned or taken care of in awhile.

Staff super friendly. Great parking directly in front of room. Property lighted well at night. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Nice breakfast.

I really appreciate and love the dark rooms it help me and my husband to get a good night's rest How they put a whole on my account so I had to use cash that I had brought with me for other things and 5days laster its still on whole

The Breakfast room was clean, and the attendant kept it clean. The breakfast lacked substance such as bacon or sausage (or both) with scrambled eggs.

The sink was stopped up. The bath tub handles were very loose and near falling off. The Non-Smoking room had a BAD odor. The Front Desk had no air spray for the room and said he would have to call a Housekeeper in to see if there was any spray. I went to the next door Dollar Store and bought my own Lysol and sprayed the room down. It smelled a lot better then.

The room was good , but the lamps shades didn’t have any screws to hold the lamps shade down ,all the lamps was missing screws and the microwave was to small ..

Would stay here again almost no outside noise bed was comfortable only issue was low hot water stream in shower.proximty to shopping is close. Lots of walk ability.
