Never was able to check into the room. Called first thing that morning as asked for early check in. Was told be a additional $30 but room would ready no later than 1pm. Whe we arrived at 12:50pm the front desk lady REFUSED to check us in even though our room was ready. We were not wanting to go into room but just get our keys because we had a bday party we were attending and didn't want to be late. After the refusal she not only raised her voice she SHOOK HER FINGER AT US like she was scolding a child has she said hotel policy states no check in until after 1 to 3pm. This was up to the staff??? WTH? When we asked why the early check in fee and be ready by 1pm (literally 10 mins before 1pm) she not only told us to leave she CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION!!! We travel 7-10 days a month and have NEVER been treated so rudely by any hotel staff!! Don't know if she was upset for having to work 4th of July or what but she needs to be FIRED!!

When I book the room, there is nothing telling me that the property is under construction. We were on the second floor and construction, went on on our floor. The hallways were very hot no airflow. The room was not very well. Kept the desk wasn’t even pushed against the wall. It was almost in the middle of the floor at an angle, and then I went to use the blow dryer and when I dump the blow chart on my bed to use it, there was a used needle syringe in it I talked to the staff about it and asked for a full refund and I’m still waiting to hear back. The Fitness facility was not accessible and neither was this swimming pool.

Hotel was terrible! If I could I would give NO STARS, this hotel was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me too.

Our stay was really disappointing. Pool is under renovation but no one was working on it - it looks like it's been that way for a long time. The breakfast was one waffle machine, eggs, and sausages and that was basically it. There were some mystery balls out that we asked the woman working the breakfast area what they were but she didn't speak English and said "No se" which means I don't know. The second floor where our room was had no A/C, the ice machine was out of order, and half the hallway was blocked off with a huge black tarp. The elevator smelled strongly of some kind of oil or grease and was loud and uncomfortable. Our pet friendly room (which cost an extra $25/night) was really gross. I guess because it's pet friendly, they save these for people with animals. There was a huge tear down the curtain, the furniture was gross - broken or scratched up, the floors were sticky when we walked on them, the bathroom wall and door was scratched up and rusty and the bathtub itself had stains in it. I asked the housekeeper for a new ice bucket bag and she brought back a used one which she had tried to just fold up and pass off- so, that was shocking. On our last day, checkout is at 11, but the housekeeper walked in at 10:30 after a brief knock, not even giving me enough time to reach the door. I will never stay here again nor maybe even another La Quinta or Wyndham. There seems to be no integrity or quality anymore - it's just greed. Sad.

Everything was good with our stay. Clean and friendly.

Price. Building was under construction. Pool was closed due to construction.

Front desk was very helpful
-
Very very lumpy mattress. Their pillows are horrible. They should start replacing the mattresses & get better pillows. It was extremely hard to sleep.

It wasn’t anything fancy, but it service our needs.

The furniture was extremely worn, the bedding received for the pull out couch had holes from use and the mattress was stained. The bathtub had staining and the carpet stink as soon as you entered the room. The breakfast was laughable with very limited options and cold coffee. The only positives was that the front desk attendant was very polite, as was the majority of the other staff we came into contact with. I would not recommend staying at this location until you are sure updates were complete and all amenities are re-opened.

Pet friendly The pool was under construction but that was not posted on booking. I needed to have my pet and let my kid swim. But instead had a really bummed out 6yr old.

Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached out to us to discuss a reimbursement. Most of the individuals staying in the hotel are truckers or construction workers. I didn't feel safe having my 14 year old daughter taking our small dog to the front of the hotel by herself. People were smoking near the entrances of the hotel. Pool was closed...staff were not friendly or accommodating. So disappointing. Families stay away from this property!

We check in at 7:40 PM, only to be informed that the pool closes at 8:00 PM. The big reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, for the kids to swim since the weather was terrible. They also said the pool don’t open until 12:00PM the next day. We come down for breakfast around 8:00 AM after everyone had shower only to see kids in the pool. (I’m almost positive it was kids of the staff) The air in the room did not work, they did have a fan in the room already so they knew this but we were not informed. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. We paid an outrageous price for this room, when it was only worth $40. They are doing construction so it’s very dirty.

the breakfast menu was good, open longer than I expected. Parking was a bit limited, due to construction. Check in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 4:15 pm, had to wait for 10-15 minutes for room to be ready.

Location and comfortable bed Property is falling apart. Large repaired hole in the carpet. Bathroom door was disintegrating at the bottom. Only 1 decaf coffee pod in room + ZERO decaf available for breakfast. Appeared clean but the place is falling apart. A/C unit leaked and carpet was damp.
