The mini fridge made noise all night until I unplugged it. The room was cleaned st 3:00pm exactly when I returned and wanted to shower. The phone blinked red all day/night the front desk offered to send up a person and I declined. Not sure why they could clear the msg from down stairs

Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.

Nicest Holiday Inn property I’ve ever seen! Beautiful, clean, wonderful amenities, friendly and helpful staff! The restaurant was delicious as well!

The lobby is so welcoming and beachy. Beds are comfortable. Showers are nice and hot. Why is there no breakfast?? at least continental. and with the restaurant closing at 9pm there should be some kind of night bites offered til 11 or midnight. The room doors slam shut so loud it wakes people up. surely theres something that can be done about that . Lobby couches are so cheap they sink when you sit. Arcade lights on all night seems like a waste of electricity.

When you walk in the lobby is beautiful until you go into the elevator and walk to your room and then when you get into your room, you’re just mine boggled how disgusting it is

Staff at check in was very helpful in accommodating me to an early check-in I have stayed at this hotel few times already and every time it has always been a wonderful experience rooms are always clean and entire staff always professionals
