Well situated, Close to the beach (10min) and minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, highway. Well kept landscaping and fun amenities outside the property.

The gym was small but had dumbbells up to 50lbs. The pool area had a basketball goal which was a nice added touch. I didn’t use any of the extra amenities, but the outdoor area looked like it would be nice at night. The concierge was polite and friendly.

In the dining area, we weren’t acknowledged by staff for about 15 minutes, possibly because we were the only CP there. It wasn’t until we were about to leave that someone finally came over to serve us. On the positive side, the arcade, mini golf, and other amenities were great, and the beach was lovely. Overall, it was a good weekend experience for our family, but the cleanliness and initial dining service could definitely be improved.

Booking.com said that our stay would come with a breakfast included. Holiday inn staff had no notice of that and their paperwork and you guys are impossible to reach by phone. Would appreciate a call and maybe some compensation for the breakfast we had to go out and buy ourselves. My number is 610-322-7614. Hal Harris.

Clean room, safe environments, front desk personnel very kind and helpful. The Mainland Restaurant got good verity of food. The restaurant do not serve breakfast only lunch and dinner. I'm very satisfied, for sure I will book again on my next trip to LBI.
