Baymont by Wyndham Mandan Bismarck Area

Mold in the A/C unit, room was not clean. We walked into our room and instantly could smell the mold. We left as we did not feel it was safe to stay in.

Breakfast was ok. Staff in this area were veru friendly. Rooms and alot of common stead are in need of a update. Our air only cooled the room when the sun went down.

Carpet in hallways was awful. Dirty, stained, clumps of mud, sheetrock dust, I could go on and on.

Kids would like it. Great breakfast.

We tried two rooms, both smelled. My wife and I had to go across the street to the other hotel.

Pool was ice cold, there was cat litterand poop all over the hallway, one outlet in the room worked, asked for towels multiple times and never got them, hallways were filthy. Ac hardly worked

Air conditioner in 2 rooms did not work. Offered a 3rd room but front desk was unsure of conditions of room and air. Canceled our reservation at front desk and went to a clean, well maintained motel. This baymont was a 3rd class motel. Do not stay here. Wyndham should be ashamed of this property.

The staff was very courteous. The rooms need some updating and could be cleaned and stocked a little better. Some of the cups had already been opened. There werent enough towels or wash clothes. The pool ran out of towels and had dirty towels laying all over the pool area.

The place is well kept up and has a wonderful breakfast.

It was so dirty, gross in there. I felt dirty sleeping there and we only stayed 7 hours. The ceiling had mold, something all over the bath tub, and stray hairs stuck to the side of it. The coffee tasted like it had been there for days. Just a really bad experience

Clean quiet rooms excellent staff

The building was very well kept up, the rooms were very nice and clean had all the things that a person would need for a stay. I have stayed there twice and each time have had to change rooms due to not working air conditioner, kind of annoying but they resolved the issue very quickly and without hesitation.

Staff was excellent very accomadating Air conditioning was not adequate. Sink stopper was broken

Fire alarm went off at 6:00 am but we didn’t hear it and nothing flashed in our rooms. I was on the 3rd floor and my brother was on the 2nd floor. My sister was outside and had to call both of us to let us know.

900 bucks for 6 nights is crazy

Good free breakfast. Property needs updates. Checkout was not acceptable. They did not have information from Expedia that the stay was pre-paid. I was required to pay the full amount. Now I'm dealing with Expedia to get a refund.

The breakfast was good and the best thing about the place. Everything.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the WIFI and they assigned me to a different room. Overall everything went uneventful. Had and issue with the drain in shower plugged and alerted staff and again it was promptly taken care of.

Just trash we checked in and out and canceled our stay within about 20 minutes, I'm actually surprised the health department allows this place to stay open, AC didn't work on the room on a 100 degree day looked like people lived there long term with their, stuff all set out I the parking lot like it's their private yard
