Baymont by Wyndham Mandan Bismarck Area

The walls were not very clean in the room. Toothpaste splatters on the wall by sink and mirror, something else brown was splattered on the sink wall. Woodwork very worn. Carpet very worn looking. Seeing buckets catching ceiling leaks in the main lobby was not impressive.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were too small. I ended up in an ADA king room with a weird shower that I didn’t like much. it’s a large older facility that is either a fixer-upper or a tearer downer. I’m not sure but the bed was comfortable and I’d say you get pretty good value for the dollar spent. In other words, you get what you pay for.

Very clean room staff very friendly

The room smelled funny. The bathroom was so tiny. I could barely fit in it. The breakfast was awesome.

I was assigned a room in building 2 when I walked inside I immediately notice the corridor was flooded. Not just wet carpet. It was a pool of standing water. I stepped int the room and noticed immediately that the room was also flooded. I walked back to the desk clerk to tell him and he sacked like he knew about it. He told me that the room was the last one he had available. The hotel could have been empty. I still would not have stayed there after seeing what I did.

We got upgraded to a suite! The room had a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Such a nice relaxing stay.

The hallways smelled like pee. There was an active waterfall down one of the walls on the first floor. The room was mostly clean, just extremely worn. We woke up and the carpet was soaked to the point walking on it water squished and all our stuff was wet. Staff seemed unsurprised by this and didn’t appear to be concerned. Odd.

We actually booked and got there just to be told they had no rooms so we did not get to stay

Stay was mediocre. We checked in and they ended up over booking. We booked a double queen and ended up with a suite with a queen bed and a hida bed and a jetted tub. The suite was a plus, but the downfall was the pul our bed. The bed was stained and the mattress was horrible. Our kids ages 9 & 12 hardly were able to sleep on it without falling thru. Had to go downstairs to get bedding and the front desk staff were sitting down eating and made it seem that it was a huge inconvenience for them to go to the laundry room to get bedding. The bat and loungee staff is always friendly and on top of things. This is the only part that keeps us coming back.

Room is clean , the staff is soo entertaining especially Sabrina and Nancy. Breakfast is so good too.Thank you for everything!

i got there and the woman at the front desk turned me away because they don’t accept cats, yelling about how one guy is always telling people this. maybe take it off your listing. had to get a last minute hotel somewhere else for like $400, and never even got a refund from here.

Property seemed a little older, but breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The staff did not answer the phone and did not answer my messages on the chat. Very disappointing.

The reception room worked well for our event, but the rest of the hotel was in noticeable need of maintenance and updating. Dirty hallways, ceiling leaks that created puddles during the rain, and a generally run-down appearance left a poor impression. Unfortunately, several of our guests chose not to stay overnight because of the condition of the property. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The parking lot, exterior doors, and common areas appear run down and in need of significant updating and maintenance.

Convenient for the area we needed to be in for a sports tournament. This property definitely needs some repairs and updates. The pool is needing some repairs as well. We wouldnt probably stay here again we would look elsewhere.

Checkin was a wait and someone reported smelling cigarette smoke wafting down the hall. And the clerk shrugged and took a note. It is a less than good hotel while driving access North Dakota but is not as nice when I stayed there 5 years ago.
