Tava Motel Manitou Springs

The property was neat and well maintained, just old and outdated. Staff was friendly, but limited.

Loved the pool, hot tub, breakfast and helpful staff.

The water in the shower did not get more than lukewarm.

Cleanliness is number one for me. Inside and outside room, beds, bathrooms breakfast room everything was clean! Proximity to Manitou springs and historic downtown Colorado Springs as well as Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods can't be beat. Breakfast was good enough to get the family going.. would highly recommend!!

The hotel room was small but very clean. The location was convenient to a number of activities we had planned. We actually chose this hotel because it had a laundry on site. The laundry room was in a secluded hallway which was a little concerning.

Close to Garden of the Gods and easy to find.

The room was big and laid out well. No microwave in room. Gentleman at front gave me no info about the property at check-in, just wanted to make sure I don’t smoke or have pets on property. Breakfast was just ok, they have a waffle maker but we didn’t use it. The most concerning part was the showers were not well cleaned at all. I would probably not go back.

Clean room. Very convenient location to Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, and Pike's Peak.

Very well placed motel, clean and nice room. The desk assistant was very polite and helpful. He had a true smile, not forced. Good coffee, nice 2 night stay.

Nice place a little old. The breakfast that they included is not much to like other hotels that that include a breakfast.

Bad attitude of the manager. The property itself was so so, needing a little do over, but we did have an issue that left a bad feeling when we left. They state they have a laundry room which we were planning to use since we were halfway through our two week trip. When we arrived at 9:30 PM, the manager said the washing machine wasn't working since last week. Last week! When we asked at 9 AM the next morning to have a late checkout of 11:45-12:00 rather than the normal 11:00 to give us time to go to the laundromat down the street since we couldn't do the laundry there, the motel manager was absolutely adamant that they don't do late checkouts. Not even 45 minutes??? The attitude he had was very disturbing and confrontational. He just didn't care, and certainly wasn't apologetic at all for the washer being down since last week and the problems that would cause us for a timely checkout.

Hello. This was the first time in Manitou Springs. My family and I were there to hike the Incline. I was concerned that the overnight stay at the Tava would be restless. It was very comfortable and worthwhile! I'd stay at Tava again! Thank you!!

Comfy beds, super soft towels, affordable and very clean. Friendly staff. Was a great place to stay the night!

The rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were just ok. Didn't notice availability of fresh fruit, which would be nice. Location was good. Easy access to restaurants, stores & attractions.
