Not a hotel issue but it was obnoxious that hotels.com sent me 7 emails about my stay in a day and a half. They required me to login with google and get a text verification code to read messages that said I was all set for my stay.

Great stay, quiet easy to get to

Everything was clean in the motel. However the electricity in the room was lacking! Hit the switch by the door upon entering but nothing happened. Tried the lamps and did not work. Finally found a couple that we managed to find the switch! Everything was black plastic and hard to see. Also since we both use cpap machines there weren’t enough outlets by the bed! The food for breakfast could have been warmer! See above comments about lack of electric in room. Also hard to find local news on the tv!

What I liked most about the property was how well they accommodated my requests. Everything I asked for before arriving was taken care of. They provided me with a better, cleaner room with an AC that worked much better. Overall, everything was just right, and I really appreciated that they followed through with my requests. The only thing I didn’t like was the potholes on the road leading up to the property. The parking area could also use some improvement, but that’s pretty minor and something I can easily overlook. Other than that, I really don’t have anything negative to say about the property itself.

The room was smelled unpleasant. The carpet in our room was stained and sticky. The walls in our room have taken a beating and need at least a fresh coat of paint, as does the windowsill. There was something that looked gross on the top of the room refrigerator. The shower water came out as a trickle. We checked out after one night of a 3-night stay.

Bed sheets never change to new one, just cover up with blankets. Very dirty with hairs. Even offer me second room are the same. Very unacceptable

The property was quiet, and I had a peaceful stay. My room and bathroom were clean and didn’t have any unpleasant odors. The complimentary breakfast was good, especially the fresh waffles. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions when I needed assistance. Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I enjoyed my stay. The only issues I had were the air conditioner and the road leading into the property. The AC in my room never blew cold air, even after trying different settings, so it was difficult to sleep comfortably because the room stayed too warm. I also think the parking lot and the road leading to the property could use some repairs, as there were quite a few potholes and bumps. Other than those issues, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

The breakfast was okay. We were on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. The desk had no chair. There were 2 of us, but only one washcloth. It's outdated, though they did try to make it fresher with new paint. The pictures online were not what we experienced. The bed and pillows were good. I likely won't return.

room had lighting problems that were never fixed, dirty carpet, tv didn't work, but was fixed by guy in socks that smelled terribly sour..as he stood on the cabinet holding my clothes. The staff was very friendly, but this place is not very good.

Room was dirty. Garbage left in garage can. Toilet had mold. None of the outlets worked to charge our phones. Won't stay there ever again.

When we walked in the hotel, the smell of smoked cigarettes lingered. We got to the room and the light wouldn’t turn on and all the switches were very confusing. I pulled off the sheets and found many dirty spots on it. The bathroom had no vent and after I took a shower it was wet all over. The microwave had an old smell of something that had been cooked in it and was never cleaned. Our floor had a spot with a nail sticking through and made it very unsafe to walk in the room trying to avoid it.
