The AC unit didnt get very cold. The pillows were was too soft/not supportive. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

It was great stay at Baymont. Hotel is fully renovated and staff is very helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep when it was running. Not enough outlets for 2 CPap machines. Shower head was awful. Breakfast offerings were excellent.

Very nice and clean room. Staff was great and helpful. No elevator but no need because only 5-6 stairs for second floor. Hot breakfast was awesome!

Nice renovated rooms and clean bathroom. Lobby was attractive and big breakfast area. Enjoyed BBQ at back side of the property.

The staff was really nice and helpful, but the room was in poor shape and smelled of old smoke covered up by air fresheners. Again, really amazing staff, but the hotel is not worth what they charged.

Dirty towels with holes in them, dirt on the bedspreads, dirty windows, small non-elongated toilets, and poor lighting. This hotel is extremely tired and in need of a total renovation.

The room air conditioner was so loud that you couldn’t hear the TV when the A/C was on. It was also difficult to sleep with the A/C cycling at night.

Appears to be newly remodeled, smells new. Off the beaten path, but quiet.

I was charged for an extra nights stay. My itenerary said I was there for three nights but the front desk said I arrived a day early and they tried to charge me or four nights. I disputed the charge. Room had odd chemical smell, there was no plug in the bathtub so I could not take a bath, just a shower. Old dingy towels. Not satisfied with this place at all.

Our air conditioner was not operating properly when we arrived. The staff was exceptionally helpful and changed the unit quickly. The room was cool and comfortable by the time we returned from a family gathering. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, and the shower was refreshing. We were very happy with our stay.

Our room was not very clean, one of the pillows had Makeup on it. The air conditioner didn't work great in our room and in our other room my husband suspected mold and the room smelled terrible. Some of the electrical wires were not spliced together properly. there was hair and grit in the corners of the bathroom and the tub did not have a plug, but that's ok because the water didn't drain very fast when you took a shower.

The beds were comfortable I asked for a ground floor level room because I have trouble with stairs. I did get a ground floor room, but I had to use stairs to get to it. The light fixture in the bathroom had not been cleaned, ew. There were no hand rails in the shower, so I was not able to use it for fear of falling. The carpet in the hall was very dirty.
