This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here for work. Very clean and quiet place. Staff are very friendly the rooms were very clean bathrooms also clean will continue to stay there will I’m working in the area. Every thing is close by.

The room had dead ants near the window and I found some alive crawling over both beds. Restroom toilet and sink were gross. Stained and had hair.

My husband booked a room around 6 PM for what he believed was the same night. When he arrived at the hotel, he realized the reservation had accidentally been made for a date one month ahead instead of that night. The hotel informed him they had no availability for the same night, which is understandable. However, what was disappointing was that they refused to refund the reservation. The booking had been made less than two hours earlier, and the reservation was still scheduled a full month in advance, giving them plenty of time to rebook the room. Despite explaining the mistake, they denied returning the money. Very disappointing customer service and lack of flexibility for an honest mistake.

Very clean rooms and quick check in.

I was able to book last minute. It looked nice from the outside. The staff was friendly. The room smelled moldy. I accidentally clicked a double when booking and it wouldn’t let me change it after. The host said I couldn’t change it because there was no one working for house keeping. About an hour before check out I went get something from my vehicle while my wife was showering and keycard wouldn’t open my hotel door. So I waited out is my door for several minutes until someone from housekeeping came by and let me in. Biggest problem was she didn’t even confirm that was my room, I couldn’t been anyone and they let me in with no question. That’s not very safe!

Nothing there was no heat and the front desk was rude and they wouldn’t give me a extra key card to my own room Everything

My only "complaint"is that there was no hot breakfast. Best western has that and curiously cost $1.00 more than a Hilton brand. whaaat?
