Cleanliness, location, staff Pool size, it was very small. Breakfast options were pretty limited. When we stayed, there was a baseball tournament so the hotel was overcrowded by teenage boys that were in the pool unaccompanied by any adults, they were very rude and rough with my children. When their parents were located, they did nothing. I felt like my children and I had to stay in our room because these boys were running through the halls. staffed did nothing. I’m not really sure what they could’ve done but the stay overall wasn’t pleasant although the location was very nice.

Breakfast should go later than 9:30, people are on vacation and would like to sleep in and still have breakfast . Also the maid needs to be quite!

I left my toiletry bag in my room full of all of my toiletries. I called the front desk and explained to them. She said she would check into it and call me right back. I never heard from her. I called again and was told she would check into it and call me. I never heard from her either.

The rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is so good and everything in breakfast area is super clean. Staff I would give them 1000 star rating if I could! Such a great hotel! Only thing would be the size of the pool. But not a deal breaker because that area was also super clean and they have the BEST pool towels!

Hotel was a great stay! Check in was smooth and the concierge had great customer service. Breakfast had good hot options. I enjoyed the indoor pool and bed was comfortable. I'd stay there again.

Bri was absolutely amazing our whole trip! I didnt catch the name of the gentlemen that helped us at nice but he was also amazing

Everything was great except the bath towels were like sandpaper.

Wonderful breakfast, such nice friendly staff. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, and the cooks too. Lovely place we would recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean. The pull out bed was hard to open because of the location of the air conditioner.
