Hotel was fairly clean and staff was nice. Door to our room would stick every time it opened and had to be pulled/pushed shut every time or it would not close fully. Bathroom door squeaked and was difficult to open once closed. Bathroom door design was terrible, as if the light turned on in the bathroom it lit up the entire room and therefore everyone sleeping. Sink and Faucet were bad design as well, if faucet was turned on, it would hit the edge of the sink and splash over onto the person using it or the floor.

The staff has always been friendly, professional, and accommodating, which is a big reason we keep coming back. Breakfast is well-stocked and convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel makes each stay enjoyable and stress-free. It’s hard to beat the combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, and customer service. Highly recommend SpringHill Suites Mansfield to anyone visiting the area; we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Wonderful hotel. The room was quiet and we felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the slight variety from day to day on food offering. I felt comfortable asking the front desk questions because we were always greeted respectfully. We actually felt like guests and not customers. Will 100% stay here again when we return.
