The customer service is so bad they are not willing to help people specifically the ladies. They even don't have smiles.

They did comp us an extra room but with 5 people we still had to use the hot room. So when it’s 80 degrees it’s not great

The guest room was in very poor condition. The bathroom was dirty from the floor to the shower. The sheets, mattress, and headboard had stains and the room had an overall undefined stench. I was unable to sleep due to the condition of the bedding and left the property early. I would not recommend this property.

Hot tub was out of order — that was the primary reason I chose this hotel over others. Breakfast was mediocre — not unexpected given the price.

This is an outer-ring suburban hotel for less than $200 / night. It's clean, and offers plenty of parking. Out of town youth sports teams are likely to be staying here (a least three teams stayed in this hotel on the Friday night we were there, but the halls quieted by 10P). The box spring on our king sized bed creaked every time we moved, and the mattress was pretty basic. The faucet in the bathtub leaked/dripped all night (no way to completely turn it off), so we kept the bathroom door closed. One of the night stand lights was not working, likely a burned out bulb.

Room was generally clean abd very spacious. A few areas not cleaned as well. Our a/c worked well but was very loud - as though someone had put marbles in it and they were moving around. The pool was WAY too warm for a summer day and the tiles on the walls looked like they were badly damaged and quickly put on. But there were clean towels and the general pool/hot tub area were clean.
