Hotel was very clean staff was extremely nice

The stay was good however I was upset that the sprinkler system that kicks in at night and was blown on to my EV-charging port during the night. Caused a fatal error in my vehicle that now requires repair.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was easy to check in and my room was ready and clean. The property is well kept; it's clean, and the pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This led to rude comments from people not staying at the hotel. We were unable to enjoy the facilities as we had expressly booked for that reason. The front desk staff were apologetic but unable to resolve the security issue. (Also had a back entrance blocked open with a rock). Asked to speak to manager but they were not available. We checked out at 9pm. Enjoyed the pool and spa but noted that the hand rails were loose and there seemed to be excess foaming bubbles in spa. Also had to wait approx 10 mins to check in since no one was on duty at front desk. Was able to locate a housekeeper who called them.

We got to the room and the bathroom sink smell like sewage every time u turned the water on. That night we were up all night heating a baby which is fine then a dog barking. Breakfast was nasty.

Loved everything about it,everyone was very friendly the swimming pool looked amazing even though we didn’t get to use it.

Clean room and accommodating for our dog. Good breakfast, friendly staff would most definitely stay again.
