Staff was great, room was clean…close to lots of restaurants

This was a pleasant surprise. We needed someplace for one night and budget was a factor so I honestly wasn’t expecting much. But it was lovely! The main entrance area is updated and clean. The bedrooms have also been remodeled and everything was clean. The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was mediocre but everything else made up for it for sure! The pool looks much bigger in the pictures but it was still pleasant enough and my kids had a blast in it. We would definitely stay again.

The free breakfast was average. No waffles were available, and not many selections

Staff was very accommodating , but the rooms smelled a lot like cleaning products which did not help the baby . We asked for a change of room and they were very helpful though .

This hotel is definitely for a stay with breakfast with no special features. Also this hotel needs new doors and locks. We had to go to the front desk to have our cards reset multiple times. Cleaning staff need at least two more staff members. Please buy more wash cloths that are new.

This hotel was decent to stay in for only one night. The carpet in the hallways and the elevator were very dirty. In our room, the beds were pretty small, although the bathrooms were clean. The rooms were also reasonabley clean. The breakfast did not have many options and the plates were styrofoam.

Booked a room for 3 people- assumed another bed- nope- no cot, no pull out- no help

It was convenient, quite and clean, breakfast was nice and simple.

Purdy easily to get to and a Mexican place is within walking distance

The bed was amazingly comfortable! Plenty of pillows. I slept great. A/C and fan worked great so the room was confident though it is hot and humid outside. Rooms have been updated and were very comfortable. Convenient location off the highway and ample lighted parking. We just stayed over night while driving through. Staff at the front desk at night and in the morning were friendly. Staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly and kept tables clean and food replenished. They had make your own waffles that were delicious. Coffee was good too. Why I only said good is the remainder of the hotel is tired. Doors didn’t work properly, phone in our room didn’t work. No hairdryer in our room but were able to get one from housekeeping from another room. Buttons on the elevator don’t light up. No indicator in the elevator of what floor you’re on. Only 1 waffle maker. Sausage must have been turkey-ICK. No fruit or yogurt. No ice machine on our floor. Had to go to lobby and Ice machine was one you use a scoop to reach in and scoop out. Full arms, sweaty and dirty hands reaching in to scoop out ice BIG ICK!

Clean room however the door was very hard to get into most times.

Beds were comfortable and clean room. Unfortunately, the pool was closed so after a long drive to get there it was disappointing, but they offered to give us a refund to stay somewhere else. We opted to stay because we were tired. Breakfast was what you’d expect at a hotel, nothing fancy but good for the start of the day. The front desk staff was lovely.

They moved me rooms it still smelled like weed but atleast the toilet worked. The air conditioners barely kept up. There were constantly people smoking week in the stairs so the whole area reeked of weed. The breakfast was decent and so was the coffee in the morning. Ive stayed in nicer motels for half the price.

The pool was permanently closed and we were not informed before booking

The room had roaches, there were holes in the wall and a hole in the floor which I tripped on. It was not clean and the pool was closed. Very unsatisfactory.

Bugs in the room -

The AC was substandard. It was just insufficient. And it was very dim. Even with every single one turned on. The bathroom door required massive amounts of brute force to close properly. I asked for a late check out but they said it would be an additional $30-50.

Ice machine was awful and only 1 working
