The rooms are nice and comfortable beds but the breakfast was very limited. Only offered carbs no eggs or anything…

Breakfast was usual fare. Bacon was really good. The t.v. was horrible. Could not read the guide as it was pixalated. Could not find CBS at all. The staff was no help when told. Said they told maintenance but they never showed up. Only 2 towels for 2 people. Will not stay there again

Property & rooms were dirty. Dead bugs on floor, stains on walls, pillowcases with large rips, etc. Breakfast was cold cereal, toast, juices, coffee. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was better than mopst hotel breakfastes Was not given the wifi password. When I went to access wifi, i thought perhaps I would not need one. the WiFi network only showed up vgery weakly for acouple seconds then disappeared, but called for a password. I decided to call the front desk with the room phone. THE PHONE DID NOT WORK. I decided to respond to the welcoming text message that said to reply to if any problems. About an hour later, still no reply, so I decided to call the front desk using my cellphone and the phone number listed for the hotel on the card on the room phone. I got a message the number was either suspended or no longer in use. So I checked my reservation and called the number for the hotel on it. Immediately put on hold. When I finally spoke with the young lady explaining the wifi issue, the phone issue and the hotel phone number issue she didn't seem able to care less. Even with the wifif password, the network never appeared on my phone as an option (or any other hotel network) REALLY?? My text message was responded to finally at 4:46 AM (hours after sent) and I later learned the wifi problem was an issue known to management but not apprently important enough for management to care about.

Air Condition unit non-op. Very unfriendly staff. Will not be staying here again.

Good no frills hotel in a great location.

The room was clean, and the location was convenient. The staff was polite, and check-in was easy. The hotel was okay, but the room could have been better maintained. The overall experience was average.

The pool was nice It was run down and my keycard never worked

First impressions count! The staff at the front desk they were amazing. Extremely polite and helpful. Good job to them and keep up the good work. The room was clean, and that’s important! The carpet on the hallways were dirty, and some areas even had big stains on it (like I said first impression is important). We didn’t like the fact that even though the room was clean, it smelled. We had to go to a store to get some supplies and we ended up getting a Febreze as well to make it smell better. It helped! Breakfast was good, but they need to add to the menu some type of meat (bacon, sausage, ham…) there was no meat.

The compromise breakfast was very, very limited.

Not much in the way of room cleaning in an entire week long stay. They never took out my trash or gave me fresh towels or changed my sheets. Very disappointed. The elevator buttons had a sticky build up on them.

Lady at check in was extremely rude, not very hospitable at all. I was an blown up during my time in service, the lady in the left mumbled her instructions, then got annoyed when I politely ask her to say again. The lady on the right was very nice but the tone for my stay was already set. There was also a weird mildew smell coming from our room, this actually made my daughter pretty sick in the middle of the night she threw up on the comforter and floor, when I walked downstairs to inform the front desk lady and seek another comforter, I was met with a blank stare and a recommendation to place the comforter in my bathroom??? The TV also didn't work, I didn't bother to complain about the poor quality of the TV, due to the service already received.
