Good no frills hotel in a great location.

staff was so polite and kind, place was clean and the breakfast was great

Not much in the way of room cleaning in an entire week long stay. They never took out my trash or gave me fresh towels or changed my sheets. Very disappointed. The elevator buttons had a sticky build up on them.

We loved the location as it was very close to the waterpark we were visiting. The property could use a little upgrade, and better attention to the cleaning subtleties, like stains on the chair. Overall, the rooms were clean and the stay was quiet and comfortable.

Reasonably satisfactory experience. Price better then all the options in the area. Has outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast is balanced with protein, juice, and carbohydrates.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, extremely hot water, 24 hour coffee and pool area was very nice with comfortable outside seating.

Ac unit broke. Was changed to another room. Clerk at the front didn't say a word, handed me the key n that was that.

The vending machine ran out of waters, but the clerk on duty went & got 2 from the stock. I paid & put them in the fridge to get cold. No biggie

I had to ask for room services and new towels, only one working elevator and the hallways were really hot

Gym equipment was all broken. Treadmill was stuck on emergency mode, weighted ball broken, seat of bike broken.

Room was close to the highway and it was noisy. Bath fan was noisy, AC thermostat needed a battery. Everything was so so.

Air conditioning inadequate. Sink stopper wouldn't open. No hot water in the shower. Hallway without air conditioning.

Still mistake by management But the biggest issue the halls of 4th Floor had NO AC Yes room ac worked

It’s so clean and the staff are so trustworthy and nice. Breakfast is awesome. Can’t beat it. One of my favorite places to stay outside of ATL. I left my wallet on the front desk. The staff members put my wallet in a safe area for 8 days!!!!! And not a single bit of money / cards were touched. I was so impressed by that alone. I’ve stayed here maybe 7 times so far. Not a bad thing to say. Everything is perfect

The window allowed security lighting in the room all night.

No wifi. Not even try to assist customers to do an important business. Had to do it over the phone. When asked to talk to management, I was told that he/she went home for the day. It was 5pm, Breakfast was bare minimum and without knives. I will not stay another Whydham.

Staff was great, room was clean…close to lots of restaurants

This was a pleasant surprise. We needed someplace for one night and budget was a factor so I honestly wasn’t expecting much. But it was lovely! The main entrance area is updated and clean. The bedrooms have also been remodeled and everything was clean. The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was mediocre but everything else made up for it for sure! The pool looks much bigger in the pictures but it was still pleasant enough and my kids had a blast in it. We would definitely stay again.
