This property was clean and is very conveniently located. When we arrived, we learned that there was no water in the hotel, and staff did not know when it would be restored. While I understand that somethings are beyond the staff’s control, I was surprised and disappointed that we were not offered a bottle of water for the room. I ended up purchasing several bottles from the supermarket close by.

The breakfast is exceptional, both continental and Moroccan options are available. The restaurant staff need be courteous. The carpet in the corridor and by the elevator needs attention.

I was in transit and just spending the night to catch an early flight, and the hotel is well situated to the train and Supratours bus stations, just a 5-minute taxi ride or 10-minute walk away. This was my third stay here for this reason. The room was clean and comfortable, and best of all, air-conditioned, a must in the 44° heat! The staff arranged a transfer to the airport and it was right on time at 3:30 in the morning. I would stay here again, as I often fly in and out of Marrakech. The staff is not very responsive to messages sent via booking.com or their WhatsApp number. Quite frustrating.

Great stay Khadijah she was very nice lovely

To me Bahja Hotel is the best location in Marrakech, the hotel is only walking distance away from train station, bus station, M avenue and Marrakech downtown. Confort and cleanness are the highlights. I highly recommend it.

Decent size room with adjustable AC, very friendly and supportive staff ranging from the reception, cleaning crew to breakfast catering team. Very appreciative for the support on getting low pillows for better sleep. Not much . Very satisfied with my stay .

It was pretty close to the airport and city center. It was clean and the staff were relatively friendly and polite

Location, service and cleanliness of the room are the highlights.

The hotel has a great location, close to the city center and the mall. Everything was clean, tidy, and very new.

The location is convenient

the male reception staff were very nice. Great Wifi and rooms are okay. the female at the reception - all was going smoothly up until i encountered her. Subtle rudeness and gave off racist vibes

A modern, professional, comfortable hotel. My room was much bigger and better furnished than I expected. The shower and mattress were good. The front-desk staff spoke English and were friendly and efficient. Having an elevator (after lots of riads with steep stairs in Moroccan medinas) was a treat! The TV had several international channels in French and English. Being able to walk from the bus and train stations was a plus. The staff arranged a taxi to the airport for 120 dirhams. All of the bed pillows were freakishly tall and hard (easily twice as high as usual pillows). Even as a side sleeper, I couldn't get comfortable and woke up with sore shoulders and neck. The air conditioner, which I ran for several hours, blew dirt and a dead moth onto the floor. It should probably be cleaned more often. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, but most were fairly disappointing (cold msemen, orange juice that was not fresh squeezed). The neighborhood around the hotel feels a bit sketchy. There are a lot of construction sites, dirt, and trash around, and not so many people. Not a problem if you come by car, or eat at the hotel restaurant, or stay in after dark.

Simple, efficient, no fancy stuff. Just what you need to wander around.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was heated, which is a rarity in Morocco, but so much more comfortable for half the year. Super clean. Breakfast is excellent. The front desk is serious about no early check-in, and a bit unfriendly. However, they will accept your luggage till 3, (without tagging or securing it). The room safes don't work. The affiliated Hammam downstairs does not have a bathing area and is way overpriced.
-
clean, comfortable room with a balcony. near good restaurants and a really quick drive to the airport

“Hotel Bahja offers a convenient location near both the bus and train stations, making it easy to get around. The hotel includes a restaurant, which is a nice bonus for quick meals. Overall, the price matches the services provided — 3 stars, comfortable, and good value for travelers looking for practicality.
-
close to the train station, good breakfast, and a good, affordable restaurant, good value because of the special offer (30% off)

The quality of the hotel corresponds to the price. Good customer service, clean rooms. The only thing to consider is that if the breakfast time at the hotel is set until 11.30 a.m., then it would be important to ensure that the guests have a full breakfast at 11.00, not a half-empty table.
