Amazing property filled with art, style, and nature, we really enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. The staff was amazing, everybody extremely professional and welcoming. The hotel manager is amazing, she greeted us and gave us a nice hotel tour. I cannot be more happy about the whole experience. Highly recommended to all my fellow travelers friends. Oh I forgot!…. The location was very good too, they have parking and and phenomenal really special gourmet quality breakfast included Having to leave too soon

The air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet area. Aside from that, my stay was very enjoyable.

Pools, spa, and breakfast were great, lovely, and helpful staff. Nosh restaurant was excellent we went twice. The rooms are getting a little old. There was no face/makeup mirror in one of the bathrooms; it seems to have broken off.

Everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay.

Maybe the ac was a bit low but nothing unbearable. Other than that everything was perfect.

The improvements are visible everywhere: the quality and presentation of the breakfast buffet, the thoughtful touches in the rooms, the foot massages by the pool, the beautifully maintained infrastructure and facilities, and above all, the genuine care of the team. A very special thank you to Lahcen, who truly embodies world-class hospitality. His attention to detail, exceptional professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel like royalty. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to ensuring every guest feels genuinely valued. A true Gem. I would also like to warmly thank Soumia and Najia from guest services for their kindness, efficiency, and constant smiles. Together, they create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and at home. This stay reminded me why I keep coming back. Housekeeping needs to be improved! Our room was not made up 2/4 nights. We were out of our room early and back late afternoon. Unacceptable. Housekeeping

Location is good Very disappointing stay for a 5-star hotel. We requested a honeymoon setup and even received confirmation via WhatsApp, but when we arrived, nothing had been prepared—no decorations, flowers, or special touches at all. The service was also poor. We waited a long time for assistance with our luggage and eventually had to carry it ourselves. In addition, the duvet was far too heavy, the air conditioning was not working properly, and we spent the night feeling hot and uncomfortable. Overall, the service and experience did not match the price paid or the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.

Great facilities, good food/ drink around pool. Lahcen at front desk is AMAZING and organized an early check in/ petals in room to celebrate our honeymoon.

Location AC wasn’t working in TWO different rooms it was 40 degrees Reception was very rude and never help or try to help Worst restaurant service Very expensive and poor service and quality I don’t recommend this hotel at all it was nightmare
