Clean and safe Car can’t enter inside

A quiet and comfortable place to rest after busy days in Marakesh. Easy to find and great location. Lovely people. Having a Nespresso coffee option in the room was a win for my very early waking husband!

Perfect location in the middle of the Medina! The staff is amazing and well worth the price

Until checking out, everything was perfect. Staff, food, room (apart from the curtain rail...). Check out. They wanted to charge me because the curtain rail came down. That really disappointed me. I came by taxi but they could not get right up to the hotel so you have to walk a little while, and finding the hotel was a little difficult, but just ask someone and they'll send you on the right path.

Location is prime! You are in the heart of the Medina. Hotel is clean, breakfast is delicious. Staff is just above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Mohamed was such a gentleman taking us in the middle of the night to get our transportation outside the city, making reservations for hotels. Checking on us when it was late and we haven’t got back to the hotel. I have no words! Would stay here again every time! Nothing

This little Riad is a diamond in the ruff. It is superbly located in the medina and the moment you leave this riad, you are in the center of all the amazing shopping Marrakech offers. We were close to the Jemaa el F-naa square and yet not on top of it. Mohamed and Fatima, wonderful, sweet and nice as they come, would take care of the Riad, make us delicious breakfast and clean our rooms, were really what made our stay so very nice and so sad to leave. These two humans are top notch. I am edditing my previous comments becuasse in restrospect, maybe I was a bit too harsh. This little riad has so much potential. Its very cute and superbly located, yet l am of the opinion that it would be much much better with an update on decorations in the common areas and at least in the bedroom I stayed at. My bedroom was a good size, offered 2 beds, AC and a private bathroom. The bathroom could use an update as well, perhaps more reflective of the traditional and marvelous Morrocan Tadelakt plaster. In the courtyard, Jenan Adam has a vertical fountain, a feature I love, but it needed a little love and the potted plants in the courtyard also needed a little love. In reality, with just a bit more love and attention to detail this riad could quickly metamorphose to a shiny jewel. The manager and I spoke at length about my observations, which come from a person deeply embedded in Tourism in Costa Rica, a country that still today is looked at as a developing country, but one that has learned quite a lot in the last 2 decades on how to enamour the tourists to come back. All in all I would recommend this Riad for location, price and the excellent and kind attention of the entire staff.

you should take out the SPA from the facilities description. I doubt it has ever been working for a long time. During my stay it was "broken"

Friendly staff, very helpful at any time. Excellent breakfast, with the best orange juice and good local products. Position is key, you can walk around Medina so easily and quickly to Jemaa el-Fna. Quite comfortable place! Water did NOT flow down from shower drain. Mini lake at every time

Very dated - do not believe the photos of other reviews. The place is dirty and needs lots of maintenance! Dangerous in places. No light in shower and then it became full of water and slippery. No privacy in downstairs room when young male worker would sit outside the window on his phone listening to YouTube clips all day. No bar, no spa and no room service! We came back one day to discover everyone had gone out and we couldn’t get into the road - a neighbour kindly took us in. Breakfast was basic and the same each day pancakes honey and a laughing cow cheese! No plates given to eat from. And when we asked only one would be given!! No pillow protectors so you could smell the previous occupant’s scent of the pillow at night - grim! Would not recommend at all! I had written a more delicate review than this and was asked to remove it by manager - but I don’t want to let others waste their hard earned money here. It’s grim! And then they give you the hard sell for excursions - we have spent much time in Morocco - and many times in Marrakesh - we just wanted to chill. Hamman and Secret Garden and visit friends we had made on previous trips - and explained this when we arrived. Bug every time the young worker saw us he would try to push things. Really rude. How about a bike hire, I am a disabled lady, almost 60, so not even appropriate! All of it.

We stayed here for three nights, and besides, it is located in the middle of the Medina was very quiet. The staff was amazing from the start to the last day.

Staff were very attentive , caring & exceptionally honest..... The owner Majhorab was responsive from the onset - answering my queries & arranging airport transport for us. He ensured his staff were aware of our arrival time & they met us at the medina to walk us in from the taxi ..... such a valuable gesture as I was traveling solo with my young daughter.......he also let us do a later check out......& was there on the day to see us off..... The night manager Mohammed was extremely helpful & attentive - goes over & beyond to make your stay comfortable, giving good tips for the city life & excursions..... offering us teas/ coffees when we returned after a day out & about...... exceptionally hardworking......& has such a good way with guests & children. He has a keen interest in people from different heritage / culture & a broad mindset & views of the World..... we enjoyed our chats with him..... The house keeping girls do an exceptionally good job - 2 sisters appearing to be happily working away.... it was a pleasure to hear their 'chitter - chatter' in the mornings as well as their laughter when doing their job. They make the most amazing crepes & Moroccon delights for breakfast - along with cheese, eggs & fresh bread, croissants..... also fresh orange juice is served plentifully...... Mohsmmod generaly Ofsted breakfast they had prepared - they are very generous & creative with the breakfasts & alow plenty of time to eat......& do not rush you..... We enjoyed the Riad experience & the quietness at night, its location & its decor..... they are rooms are beautifully decorated & recently painted.........plenty of bedding & changes of towels as well as daily room service....... To say they are honest is an understatement statement- they do not push excursions on you.... There's nothing not to like but I think the foyer & mats in reception could do with a makeover to create more of an ambience.... but that's all...... rooms were lovely & location is great......in the Medina.......
