Our stay at Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending Moroccan elegance with modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, while the pools, gardens, and public areas were maintained to the highest standards. The breakfast offered an outstanding variety with excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. The location is perfect, just minutes from the Medina while offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding leadership of Mr. Sherif Mohamed, the Hotel Director. His visible presence, professionalism, and sincere care for every guest create a culture of excellence throughout the hotel. He leads by example, ensuring that every detail is perfect and every guest feels valued. It is rare to meet a hotel director who is so approachable, passionate, and dedicated to delivering world-class hospitality. His commitment is reflected in every member of his team, making Savoy Le Grand one of the finest hotels in Morocco. Absolutely nothing. Our stay was perfect in every way, and we genuinely could not find a single aspect that needed improvement. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we loved every moment of our stay.

There were several pools, all of which were clean, well maintained, and felt very safe. Our room was spotless, and the service throughout our stay was exceptionally professional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and Chef Mostafa was especially helpful and attentive. A special thank you to Imad at reception, whose professionalism and warm hospitality were a major reason our stay was so enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated Sherief, who ensured that everything ran smoothly and made our stay completely stress-free. Lovely pool, really comfortable bed, great Morocon wine selection. Constant repairs, poor breakfast, children unsupervised. Expensive and underwhelming massage.

Hotel manager Mr Sherif given an excellent customer service which has no words .Its very nice location to stay , excellent room Service and food

Perfect Nothing

I liked everything - there were no complaints at all.

Lamia was amazing at the reception, she had a very kind attitude. I'd also like to point out one of the janitors was very helpful in keeping the room very clean. N/A

I like the property but the construction noise was abit much however the Latifa had turned the overall experience to good. Very professionally handled Had all the facilities

The pool The room was very dirty and unclean. The staff were rude and we didn’t have our room cleaned a single day during our stay. The pool play list sucked

Great stuff, nice rooms, amazing hospitality. No space at the pool side aldo has I understand the hotel was not in full copasty. Restauranta are expensive and don't really give good value for money. (10€ for a glass of very simple wine, 19€ plate of cuscus)

facilities although a bit outdated construction underway, noise during the day (around the pool), air vent in the room noisy during the night, spa overrated and not all the services paid for in the spa package actually delivered

Large, well appointed rooms. Great breakfast. Hotel is attached to a large shopping mall. Loud and crowded.

Spacious, location, breakfast was good and had so much variety Customer service, they never picked up the phone when I called the reception. I always had to go down to ask for whatever I needed

Location It take them 1 hour to prepare the rooms after the official check in time at 3:00 pm and all rooms were not equipped with everything which make it no sense for a 5 star hotel
