Location was perfect. Pool was nice. But crowded at the pool.

- Very good location. - The restaurant staff were excellent and always happy to help. - Breakfast was great every morning. - Room service was quick and reliable. - The hotel facilities were very good and the property is well maintained. The main issue was the reception and concierge service. I waited around an hour to check in and nobody really attended to me. During my stay, I asked for a few items and was told the concierge would arrange them, but I never received them and nobody followed up. I also found the reception staff to be quite cold and not very welcoming, which was disappointing considering how helpful the restaurant staff were.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hospitality, warmth, and professionalism of the staff made our experience truly exceptional. A special thank you to Amin and Ahmed at the reception for their kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service throughout our stay. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Alhabib, Head of People & Culture. His kindness, generosity, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on us. He took the time to have a wonderful conversation with my husband, sharing valuable recommendations about Marrakech and helping us make the most of our visit. His thoughtfulness and warm personality perfectly reflected the spirit of hospitality that makes Sofitel Marrakech so special. The beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, exceptional service, and wonderful people exceeded all our expectations. Everything about our experience was beyond amazing and made our time in Marrakech truly memorable. We are deeply grateful and look forward to returning again in the future. Unforgettable experience with this magical five star hotel. An exceptional welcoming from the reception with a Moroccan tea and sweets. They asked us to have a seat while they will do everything for the chick in. Our suite where spacious with breathtaking view of Marrakesh and Atlas Mountains. We always come back to a super clean room. We tried their breakfast and was reaaly so good. Must mention that all staff at the hotel were attentive and well trained. Definitely recommended and would love to come back here again. Nothing

The staff was very friendly We visited the So Lounge where the food was disappointing, the service was incredibly slow and the heaters were very unevenly divided. Some tables had 2 while our table didn’t have one. So we were cold throughout the dinesr

Very slow check in process, after waiting so long the employee left as her work time finished and we had to wait for the new shift , the room was worn out the carpet was not clean , smells cigarette, I asked for iron 3 time and arrived 1 hour later , they changed our rooms to cleaner but smaller rooms , the staff was very nice but they do not handle services professionally Rooms has to be renovated
