Our one-week honeymoon at The Oberoi Marrakech exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we experienced what true five-star luxury hospitality should feel like. What impressed us most was the exceptional service. Every member of the team was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. It felt as though they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Every little detail was taken care of, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued throughout our stay. In today’s world, it is rare to experience service at such an outstanding level. The Oberoi reminded us what genuine hospitality is all about. Nothing ever felt forced—it was effortless, sincere, and consistently exceptional. The property itself is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful architecture, peaceful surroundings, spacious rooms, and impeccable attention to detail. It was the perfect setting for our honeymoon. Yes, The Oberoi is certainly positioned in the luxury segment, but after spending a week there, we can honestly say it is worth every penny. If you are looking for truly outstanding service and an unforgettable experience, you could not be in better hands. Truly an incredible hotel in a beautiful landscape. The facilities are top notch and the service is outstanding. We booked a Pool Villa room and very much enjoyed our stay. 5-star service and soft product. The staff here are excellent and incredibly attentive. A lot of hotels fall short in this area, but The Oberoi excels. They even took a number of extra steps such as surprise treats in the room, children's sized slippers and robe for our daughter (without us requesting), etc. Landscape and facilities are fantastic. Gorgeous main building inspired by the Madrasa Ben Youssef. Excellent spa, fitness center and indoor pool. Beautiful main pool with a deeper section for adults and shallow areas for children. Walking the grounds is so peaceful with the gardens and olive trees. Our room was excellent with nice separation between the areas and a fully private pool experience. Very special place. We ate at the main breakfast area, the Rivayat fine dining restaurant , poolside (Azur) and in the room (Azur?). The food was good, but not great. Main area of opportunity for improvement, but not a big issue.

Beautiful palatial grounds, excellent variety at breakfast. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my request for vegan ? options. I loved there was a shuttle taking us to Medina. Spa and treatments are luxurious and transformative. Special shoutout to Mr. Mamdouh and Mr. Laskey for taking extra great care of us!

From the moment you arrive, you will be in awe by the architecture. The staff is exceptionally trained and extremely friendly. Throughout the stay there were always making sure my kids, husband and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. I can say without a doubt that you will not find the same customer service in any other hotel-it was amazing! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The kids club was our kids’ favorite place in the hotel. Extremely large with plenty of activities, they never wanted to leave. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at Oberoi was absolutely incredible. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. Staff was extremely attentive, and anticipated our needs. Everyone was extremely gracious and welcoming. Mamdouh Milad has done an amazing job as GM building a team. The location and hotel itself was mind-blowing. The rooms, grounds and public spaces were all very beautiful. We loved watching the sunset over the Atlas mountains every night. The spa/gym center was easily the most beautiful I've ever seen in a luxury hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Marrakesh. Whether you're a family, couple or group of friends, this is the kind of magical place that will give you memories for a life time. Our stay at Oberoi was too short. We wanted to stay for a month!

The Oberoi is so beautiful and intricately designed - from the interior courtyard and restaurants to the expansive gardens with reflective pools and a large variety of trees and flowering plants. We loved our breakfasts on the terrace of the main restaurant facing gorgeous views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Our dinners at the Moroccan/international restaurant and the Indian restaurant were a treat with quiet ambiance. The spa facilities were a peaceful place to relax and we enjoyed an amazing and invigorating Hammam treatment. We booked one of the suites that had a private outdoor area with swimming pool and spent some time relaxing there. The suite itself was very spacious with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. We would definitely recommend staying at the Oberoi.

The resort's grounds are simply breathtaking. The expansive gardens and tranquil water bodies create a palpable sense of peace, making the entire property feel like a private oasis just minutes from the bustle of Marrakesh. We reserved a Deluxe Villa and were thoroughly impressed. It was incredibly spacious and featured its own private, stunning garden and pool—perfect for relaxation. The only minor note we had was that the furniture, while elegant, felt as though it required a slight upgrade to match the villa's overall magnificence. The service, however, was flawless and truly stood out. Room service was fast and efficient. Being able to contact the concierge instantly through WhatsApp was a game-changer; they were consistently fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful. This was best demonstrated when they managed to secure a spot for us at a very busy, popular restaurant in the city. Beyond concierge assistance, the hotel offers excellent practical amenities, including a great private car transportation service and even an ATM on-site, ensuring we had everything needed for a seamless stay. They prioritize guest comfort, offering many amenities tailored to provide a great rest. Without a doubt, staying at The Oberoi was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh, and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort.
