Honestly, everything about this hotel was just perfect. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing exactly what I needed. The room was beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable, I really felt at home. A big thank you to Zouhair from Guest Experience for his kindness and professionalism, he truly made my stay even more special ? Also, a special shoutout to the reception team Khadija and Jaouad for their warm welcome and great service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay in Marrakech ??

Rooms are clean , breakfast is good Bathrooms had no heat and water wasn’t hot enough. Location was a way from downtown.

Pretty property with a good breakfast and dinner. It was very short- staffed, had to wait and ask multiple times for basic things. They seemed very very short- staffed and the workers were constantly working but they definitely need to hire more people. Also, water wasn’t warm in the shower unless you take a shower at 3am (which I did).

Nice marrakchi gardens with huge trees. Huge, impersonal, and very expensive for what it is.

Rooms and property are clean. Grounds are well-maintained. Some staff are really nice. This is a five-star hotel, but the service and quality are definitely not those of a five-star hotel. The person who checked me in gave me a free upgrade to my room and didn't communicate it to anyone else. As a result, my room wasn't cleaned on the first day, and a different girl at check-in tried to tell me that I needed to change rooms or pay more. Instead of connecting with the guy who gave me the upgrade, she tried to make it my problem and told me I had to wait until his next shift started to get it resolved. I told her she needed to call him, and she did, and it was resolved in two minutes. This is a major example of less than five-star service; there are other minor examples. The breakfast is of low quality. The upgraded room isn't worth the price is supposed to be so I'm glad it was complimentary.

I liked the room, but it was a little small. Also, I had to share a king bed with my son when we had reserved 2 queens. I liked the grounds and the dining area. The live music was nice in the evening. The lady at the shop was very nice and helpful.

The place is beautiful. The food was very good in all restaurants/room service/pool service. The staff was very kind and helpful. The wifi was very good. The pool was great and never too busy. As there is an adult pool too, guests were spread out on two sites. It’s just a couple of things really, but first the coffee at breakfast was really awful… They have these big coffee machines and it makes the worst coffee. Nescafe sticks in the room, so not much better. And on the topic of coffee, you cannot have a tea or coffee at the International Buffet restaurant… We were not all inclusive so we paid for the buffet meals when needed, and it was really pricey for small/reasonable eaters: about £30 per adult.
