The upstairs sundeck was nice. The bed and linens were comfortable. There was a hairdryer and a fan. There was some nice art in the room. No window in the small room, with noisy locks and a huge key chain (that barely fit in my purse). Basically it is a small step up from a hostel, as you will share a bathroom (with up to 6 other people) and you can hear your beighbours comings and goings. Breakfast was good but off-site, which was a bit annoying. It is quite overpriced given the shared bathroom, size of the room (about 3 feet beside the bed, is all the space you get) and the lack of a window.

Litle walk from the place the taxi lived us. Ot was clean. . The anfitrion was not very talketive. We booked the room including breakfast but we had to leave the room early in the morning to go to a desert trip and even having contacted the anfitriont 3 days before the trip, there was no possibiliyi to get something for breakfast, even cold(some bread, fruit...) So we think that the riad is quite expensive just for one night in a room for four and shareing the toilet with other guests.

It is in a quiter part of town but not difficult to get to any of the main attractions. It was quite at night meaning it was easy to sleep. I would say over priced for what you get.

Everything was perfect, and it was a great location in the Medina. The host was very friendly and helpful and he gave me all the information I needed. Many thanks!

Super host made us feel really welcome. Hotel is lovely, beautifully decorated, nice comfy bed, big sofa, fridge & safe. It's a traditional Riad so lovely and cool inside without need of airconditioning. There are shared bathrooms on each floor (3 in total) and only 5 rooms so never an issue there. The House Buntings & Sparrows were a delight to watch whilst eating breakfast (Bread, Croissant, Pancake, Tea/Coffee, Orange Juice, Fried/Boiled Egg). Location is excellent, right in the centre of the city close to the shops and restaurants. Area as a whole felt very safe and there's a little shop right on the corner selling snacks & bottled water. Nothing, we loved it!

It wasn't dirty. Just old and run down . I waited so long for someone to open the door . The guy that works there doesn't seem to care. It was dark and everything around was closed, so I waited in a dark alley not knowing where the hell I am. I thought I booked a hotel, but there is this dark alley with blue door that I keep ringing and no one opening. Place is run down. Room is tiny. Shared bathroom and i wanted to run away but I was exhausted from my trip, after coming from U.S and waiting 4hrs in line to clear customs. I booked 2 nights, so the guy didn't let me to just pay for one. So I had to stay 2 nights. Not sure what kind of ppl gave this place 9.0 rating but I would give it 3.0 only because it was clean! Also pillows hard as rocks. I passed out first night from exhaustion but second night I didn't sleep all night. Your choice but I wouldn't book here

As for my stay: the room is nice and I liked the location, because it is quiet, close to the medina and because it feels very original. -The towels have definitely seen better days. -You had to hold the shower head in your hand, because the holder on the wall was broken. - For breakfast you get instant Coffe without milk, also no butter. - I ended up paying a couple euros more, because they use an old Euro/Dirham exchange rate (12 DH/€ instead of 10,8) in their favour. If you stay one night, thats not much, but it is not fair for the customer and should be pointed out before. Some people might not care about such details, but in this price range there will probably be better options, depending on what your priorities are.

Lovely host, all clean and close to touristic life. Tiny streets might look a bit sketchy at day and night, but I think it's all safe and fine

the people there were very friendly and helpful, breakfast, terrasse no fridge in the room

The staff was helpful. We got a breakfast package from the nice lady. She walked us to the taxi in the morning. The owner requested a payment only in cash. We couldn't pay with card. We had to pay 1 euro per sheet of paper for our boarding passes. The rooms were poorly isolated against noise. We could here everything in the room above us, in the hallway, in the street and the loud bang when the front gate opened and closed. Bad and loud airconditioning. The AC couldn't cool the room enough to have a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was situated outside the bedroom in the hallway. The neighbourhood was not the best in Marrakech.

Very nice place to stay, close to city center but quiet. Very friendly and helpful host (Thank you for everything!) :) You can feel welcome and safe there. Big, clean and good equipped rooms. Nice terrace. bad wi-fi :(

It was in a gear spot in the medina, easily accessible, clean, comfortable, and with a lovely terrace.

Since we had to catch a flight at 9 a.m., we had to check out at 5:30 a.m. and therefore didn't receive breakfast. The place we stayed at was a converted typical residential house into a hotel located about a 20-minute walk from the central Medina area in Marrakech. We chose it based on reviews, but the neighborhood itself didn't seem safe. When my family went out for dinner, many people approached to offer help, but it was difficult to gauge their intentions. We had been under the impression that the accommodation had a parking lot, so we brought our car, but there was no parking lot. When we tried to park along the roadside in front of the accommodation, a local approached us, claiming he had leased that spot from the government and demanded payment for parking. The hotel staff, seemingly intimidated, failed to mention an alternative parking recommended by them and insisted we pay the man. Consequently, we ended up being scammed in front of the hotel staff. When the hotel owner arrived and realized the situation was unsafe, we eventually had to pay 70DH to park in a paid parking lot affiliated with the hotel. I wasn't pleased with the location from the start. Of course, having traveled with my family to over 40 countries and booked numerous accommodations, I've become adept at finding suitable places even in unfortunate circumstances. In this case, despite careful consideration, the satisfaction level was disappointingly low. Firstly, while the hotel owner seemed plausible in conversation, we couldn't obtain any local information or assistance beyond providing the actual room.
