The staff was very friendly and the area very quiet. Parking was great

Breakfast was nice and brought at the specified time,the children enjoyed it It was a little difficult for taxis to locate

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location outside of Marakesh. Car park in front of the villa. Standard bfast. Close to a carrefour and a nice restaurant. Mold in the bathroom but didn’t use it and closed the door but should be fixed. The pool was under construction but didn’t use it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at In Club Palmeraie Resorts, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. The tranquility of the place truly made it a perfect getaway. Our apartment offered breathtaking views that added to the overall charm of our stay. We enjoyed a generous breakfast that provided a great start to our day. The variety and quality of the food were impressive. Additionally, I must commend the staff for their exceptional hospitality. They were always friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Abdul was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. One of the showers was brilliant. Breakfast brought to you everyday at whatever time you wanted, had pastries (which weren’t fresh but were ok) Moroccan pancakes, yoghurts, coffee, tea etc. there was a carrefour nearby and a boulangerie that had a great menu for westerners. Our first apartment we were in, we couldn’t lock the patio doors. Abdul said it was fine as you have electric shutters, which you can just lift up from outside. So after some persuasion we shifted apartment to a smaller one and it had the same issue with the doors and windows but you couldn’t lift those shutters. So felt more secure. The properties are not just next to the rotana golf course, they are a 3-4 minute drive. I was expecting to be able to walk to the course. The check in felt a little odd, we wandered downstairs to an office in a cellar basically, as a woman I didn’t feel safe. Other little things, the tv is far from the sofas, so couldn’t really relax in the evening watching tv, as couldn’t see it from so far. All in all the property is dated, the pictures were taken maybe a few years ago and nothing has been updated.

The apartment was great Aircon worked well. The nearby restaurant was terrible great prices. We did not find the swimming pool a little disappointed that the pool was set for the compound not what we expected.

Location is amazing especially swimming pool facility which is in the compound, about 10 minutes walk. It has carrefour which makes it more convenient. The whole complex looks very beautiful with lots of green spaces and the sound of birds are amazing. We didn't use air conditioner even though the temperature was hot outside which means the buildings are nicely insulated. The staff was amazing, very accommodating. We didn't know the swimming pool was 10 minutes walk from the apartment so that was a little inconvenient since we had 3 little kids with us and elderly person to walk with.

The staff went above and beyond , I could not have asked for better service

It’s clean. It’s far from the swimming pool. If you have kids and your main stay is to use the pool, I wouldn’t recommend it. The pool requires you to drive to a different a complex.

The flat is big enough for me and my family. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary. Nil

Mohammed, the receptionist Foul smell in the apartment on the first day. Furniture and fittings are dated. Needs huge improvement. Behaviour of the staff and expectation of tips. Checkout procedure was disgraceful and disrespectful. The receptionist Abdul and his manager omari are highly unfit for their roles. They harrassed my family at the checkout process to extract money saying their towels are missing. We told him we didn't even use their towels in the first place. He got aggressive. We showed our luggage and the guy didn't even apologise for thr behaviour. Racket of people to extract money at the checkout process by stressing customers in an hurry to get to airport. Then suddenly they started blaming the cleaning ladies. We don't use their towels as we don't know how they are washed. We always use our own towels. Avoid this resort. Its not worth it. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESORT. I HOPE THIS COMMENT REACHES MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS. THEY NEED TO KNOW HOW THEIR STAFF IS WORKING.
