It was very dry calm and beautiful - the perfect place to get away from the hustle of the city. The staff were excellent- very accommodating and friendly. Ouissal did an exceptional job !! Very happy and pleased about my stay- I even kept extending!

The breakfast was good and the staff very courteous and helpful. We checked in around 10 pm and were very hungry and tired. We went to the restaurant to eat something. Though they had packed off, yet they made us very nice sandwiches and orange juice. The resort is far off town but that was our choice. It's a good 45 minutes from downtown. Can't think of anything that we didn't like

Superb

Booked this for a few days on the arrival day to escape from bad weather at Essaouira. Sort of wish we’d made this our main base and just tripped to Essaouira. There's always niggles that confuse you when staying away, but here there were close to none. Room was fine, huge comfortable bed, blackout curtains, air con, tea/coffee maker, safe – all things you hope to find. We knew the large pool wasn’t heated but even in March it was useable for the hardy – but there’s a great indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. They are really flexible on using the indoor pool and gym – we wanted to use them before breakfast, and though not officially open, it was fine. Grounds are delightful, spacious, and really peaceful. Where it is located is not somewhere you would venture out on foot to explore - there's nothing to see and it is a sort of oasis in a fairly poor area - but that makes no difference. What does make a big difference for any stay are the staff, who are all really welcoming and attentive. Food is good, breakfast is more than you can eat. Alcohol is expensive – but this place is unusual in that it does sell alcohol – a lot of places do not. We had a car, which is beneficial as long as you are comfortable driving in busy cities with few rules as is the case with Marrakesh. Things I’d change – some leaflets on local sites and places in Marrakesh, a Marrakesh street map, restaurant cards in reception. Wifi is fine at the site, but Morocco roaming charges are high so it’s a lot easier to have the information to carry. And what’s with it in Morocco – we had the same in Essaouira – no where to hang towels to dry ! I would have happily stayed longer to do more touring – you can see the snow capped mountains nearby. Very minor !! - somewhere to hang towels !

staff were friendly accommodation was a good standard. room was a bit dark. wasn't allowed to use the sauna if you weren't booked in for a treatment.

1. The property is very beautiful and picturesque and a little bit outside the centre so was very peaceful for our group of 21. 2. The property was not far from the centre - About 20 mins in a taxi 3. They arranged for a taxi company to take us around for Half a day so we could explore the Medina and other places 4. They were accommodating of all our requests including a late dinner on arrival, external catering company to come and do a bbq and a formal dinner set up for one of the evenings 5. The kitchen and cleaning staff were so lovely and hospitable 1. The facilities were not clean, showers were very dirty and kitchen was also dirty and we had to request a cleaner 2. No hot water between 9am-1pm on some of days we were there, this meant cold showers for some of our group or starting activities late as everyone was waiting to have a hot shower 3. WiFi was not good 4. Be aware that when they say they have a sofa bed, it is not a pull out sofa bed but an L shaped sofa. This wasn’t too much of an issue as they do provide extra beds on requests

I am extremely happy for many reasons, and this page isn’t enough to write it all, but I will start. I contacted the villa at the beginning of the year, as I was making plans for my 50th. I wanted a villa that could host all my guest, and also allowed me hold my private party where food can be provided and also allows have our own food as us Nigerians like our staple food Jollof and Fried Rice, this we were able to cook in the kitchen of the villa. I went back and forth with the villa asking questions, clarifying and confirming things you know just really trying to make it tailor made for me. The villa found ways to always meet my needs and that was beautiful for me. The staff were all so amazing, from the cleaners, to the kitchen folks including the boss Loubna and Abdel. They did so well to ensure our 5 day stay was top nouch. Honestly I can’t flaw them and I am one to say it when am not happy. I wanted all my guest to leave with the same feelings and they sure did. They all had fun and would comeback in a second. The villa went over and beyond for me and I would recommend them over and over and over again. So hurry and book for your big one. Thanks guys for making my 50th a memorable one. N/A

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very responsive and helpful. Nothing to dislike. Property about 10-15 minutes from city center. Very quiet. Hotel very helpful in arranging transportation.

Contemporary, stylish, finished with high-quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The restaurant offers a wide range of foods for all tastes. Lovely place to stay for a relaxing” away from it all” break. The swimming pool and gardens were immaculately maintained. The location pin on Booking.com shows this resort as being close to Al Maaden golf course. However, it is approximately 10 minutes drive away. The hotel organised a driver to take and collect us to the three local golf courses during the four days we were there. This was an invaluable service as we did not have a car. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Pleasant

We had a long journey from the UK to Morocco. We were so tired until we finally collected our luggages. We were a group of 13 and we stayed in Morocco for our first family trip for 6 days. Omar was our driver for the first half of our holiday. We organised a pick up from the airport to the villa but it was thanks to Loubna, the host, who helped us from this point until the end of our holiday. She was simply fantastic! She was so kind, friendly and helpful! She met us at the Villa and explained everything and made our stay comfortable. She was just a call away and we can't thank her enough for her support. Omar, the driver was just amazing. He worked hard to take us to popular spots to see and eat! Nasir was our second driver. He was so funny and a super cool guy. The cleaners and chefs at the villa did a perfect job feeding us and keeping us clean and safe. The villa was just out of this world! It was like a dream! It was just beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom, lounge area, pool, spa and gym were just perfect. We want to go again and we can't wait! Thank you! Nothing!!!
