Adil and the rest of the team were amazing

-Stunning place with great atmosphere. -The style and decor is grand and with a lot of taste. -Lots of places all around the place indoor our outdoor to sit, lounge and relax. -The pool space is amazing, beautiful and peaceful. -The fact that there are only 26 rooms makes it really enjoyable as it is not crowded during breakfast / by the pool. -It's very quiet (no children policy). -The place is safe (closed with a gate and a wall all around). -The buffet brunch in the garden, while we did not experienced it, seemed magical. the smells and setting was amazing. -Very comfy beds. -The little roof top overlooking the pool is great to watch sunset with the mountains background. -Staff can be either very welcoming and super nice or cold and almost unfriendly. -It's a good 30 minutes by taxi or private chauffeur to get to the center of the city (25€ / journey), there is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel as it is mainly fields. -Items forgotten during breakfast (took two breakfasts, happened twice). -Two much eggs on the breakfast menu which is either continental or marrocan style. It is very copious, a buffet would be better and would probably generate less waste. -We experienced quite a slow waitering while other guests were served almost immediatly. -A bit disapointed by the private chauffeur (provided by the hotel) we used every time we wanted to go in the city and back whom was kind of rude when dropping us off at the airport the last day. -Spa was a bit disappointing (got the Palais Ronsard massage). -Prices of beverage (especially by the pool) are kind of overpriced (25€ for a cocktail, 14€ for a beer). Greatest disapointment : We travel every year for my birthday in beautiful hotels around the world and this is the first time we experienced a total disregard for it while it was mentioned at the reservation and while we dined at the hotel restaurant on that day to celebrate it. If you are travelling to celebrate something, make sure to know that beforehand as there will be no small attentions for the day to make it extra special.

Very opulent and beautiful. The decor was excellent. Loved the Moorish art. Really felt like a palace. The grounds were impeccable. My room was lovely and spacious. Not used to large bouquets of fake flowers. A few real ones would suffice.

The property was beautiful, though a bit further out and tucked away. We did encounter some issues, our shower head wasn’t working the first night, so maintenance had to come the following day to fix it. Overall, our stay was good, and I especially enjoyed the soaking tub. It’s far from the central area, and transportation to and from the hotel can be quite costly.

The design, specious rooms , excellent cleanliness and services The location is fine however the way to the hotel needs to be looked at in terms of street lights and sign boards , because at night time it is soo easy to get lost in the pitch dark area .

Very beautiful hotel, breakfast was also good. Our room was really dark, I understand that’s the aesthetic of the hotel but at some point, we needed flashlights to see in the room. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet which we noticed as soon as we checked into the room and complained to the staff, they said they came to fix it but the smell always came back all through our stay.

Exquisite hotel. Gorgeous grounds and pool area, kind and welcoming staff. Like entering an absolute paradise. Rooms are huge and incredibly beautiful. Fireplace in the room was magical. Probably the most romantic hotel I've ever visited. So, so lush. The only area of the hotel that could use improvement is the restaurant. It's beautiful and has a gorgeous ambiance but the food and service are not great (poolside service was fine!). It took forever to be attended to/orders to be taken and for basic things (like water) to be served. When things were served there always seemed to be a problem--eg one persons entree served 15 minutes after the other, missing cutlery for specific dishes, etc.. Not a dealbreaker for the hotel but also not their strongest point, and pretty disappointing given the prices.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at this incredible hotel, and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The hotel itself is stunning, with all the amenities you’d expect from a true luxury property. We especially loved the pool area—beautiful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the food. We had the best meal of our lives. The Duck Wellington was simply extraordinary, perfectly executed and full of flavor. And the raspberry pavlova… absolutely divine. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so special. We will cherish the memories and look forward to returning. Nothing everything was great

The restaurant and room service options and menus are too limited for a remote hotel. For one thing, a hotel of this caliber should have a room service that serves a 24 hour service menu. In one of the nights, we had to order Mac Donald’s as there was no room service at 1am.

The hotel is stunning, and the staff are amazing, a great place to stay for downtime and recharging. Yousef took care of us and really made our stay even better!

I would like to start this feedback with a big thank you and genuine love declaration: it was “love at first sight” with Palais Ronsard during the reservation process but after entering their premisses I can say I fell deeply in love. To be more specific: before I checked in on my first stay I have already booked the next one! I hope this clarifies! :) The design is flawless, the level of attention to details is otherwordly, the service is impeccable and the surrounding nature is beyond my humble expression capability. It is the type of architectural environment where irrelevant how or where you place the camera the shot and the composition will be just perfect. I don’t know exactly where I should start the “thanking process”, but I would like to start with a big thank you to Karima as she is successfully managing, probably the most beautiful high end resort in the world! :) Great respect to the amazing Rashid from Room Service and Hazma for the impeccable restaurant service. Greetings and thanks to the best receptionist ever Mr. Youssef and nevertheless a big thank you to the kind, well spoken and polite Yassine from the pool restaurant. Outstanding team. Once again, Not enough words suitable to express the greatness of this team so beautifully integrated in this harmonious blend of art, nature and fine architecture. And since I am coming from an architectural and photography background I feel the need to write a few more words. The moment you enter the grounds of Palais Ronsard, you are transported and mesmerised into a serene oasis where every single landscape and architectural detail have been thoughtfully curated. The fact that the Le Jardin d’Hiver was declared the most beautiful restaurant in the world in 2020 by the Prix Versailles is a very natural consequence and matches the on site reality. The palms, the singing birds and every single crafted and curated detail are at the highest expectations and your shall be treated with a symphony of flavours! There is nothing NOT to like.

Amazing place, which was very relaxing. The staff were incredible and could not do enough for us. The food was lovely, we really enjoyed the pool area and the grounds of the hotel too.

Garden swimming pool and food and vibes

The property is beautiful with intricately decorated rooms and lush surroundings. The service is slow and at times poor - especially at meal times. Being a pescatarian but allergic to shellfish, when asked if certain salads were vegetarian during the buffet, a lady assured me it was but one had chicken! It’s such a shame as it really is a beautiful place and on the whole the staff are friendly but seem untrained and slow. If they do take the feedback on board, I’m sure it will live up to its 5 star branding but currently does not.

Bed was not comfortable, and the service was standoffish.
