Fantastic staff and a quiet location. You are treated like family by everyone. Sofian the owner and his staff are friendly, helpful and engaging. We had a great time and definitely recommend Riad 5 Sens.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad 5 Sens!!! The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. From the delicious breakfasts each morning to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the Medina, making it easy to explore Marrakech. The rooms were beautiful, very authentic, and the rooftop was a lovely place to relax. A special mention to Achraf, who was incredibly kind and attentive, he truly made our stay unforgettable. We would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely return if we’re ever back in Marrakech. 5 stars!!!!

Riad 5 Sens is a little oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the souks and the Medina. Once inside, the atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and beautifully welcoming—exactly what you want after a day navigating Marrakech’s energy. Breakfast was a real highlight each morning, with generous portions and genuinely great coffee. The whole environment feels thoughtfully cared for, making it easy to relax and settle in. A special shout‑out to Achraf, the manager. Although new to the role, he is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Communication throughout the stay was excellent, and he made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a peaceful base with standout hospitality, Riad 5 Sens is a fantastic choice.

Location was a new experience for us but we got over the apprehension the minute we entered the property. Very cozy and definitely a pleasurable experience which we will be back for. The breakfast was also very great with a different variety every day. And the manager, Achraf was AWESOME!!

This Riad is beautiful! We met with the owner and Achraf upon arrival. Achraf was available throughout our stay whenever we needed him. He made sure that we knew where everything was and answered any of our questions. He definitely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room we stayed in was also beautiful and the location was super convenient. Definitely recommend this location if you’re visiting Marrakesh. Can’t think of anything!

The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful rooftop view. My room was spacious and clean. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and cared for completely . Perfect two days to unwind from travels .

The property itself was very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. This made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to without always needing to call a taxi. Abdo is a fantastic host! Very kind, accommodating, and easy to speak to. He greeted us with tea and baked goods, and consistently went out of his way to make sure our experience was a great one. 10/10 - will definitely stay here again if I ever find my way back to Marrakech. A curtain or door for the shower would have been great to stop the floor from getting wet

The Riad is clean, beautifully maintained and the breakfast on the terrace is superb. My son and I stayed here and the host Abdou was more than a host - he was a well of wisdom and kindness. We wanted to go to the desert for a few days and were unsure about which of the many agents to use as there are so many options of varying quality and without prior knowledge one could easily end up with an unpleasant experience. We left it to Abdou to arrange and he instinctively knew what we needed. Our tour was life changing and Abdou had arranged some very special accommodation options for us so at the end of each long day we had a perfect meal in beautiful accommodation. I would highly recommend 5 Sens as a place to base yourself and leave it to Abdou to sort the rest ‘cause he’s the best!

Ideal location, central but very quiet. The staff were really friendly and super helpful, particularly Abdo who was an exceptional communicator, taking great care to ensure we had a smooth arrival, brilliant stay and was also very proactive in helping us with our forward plans.

Very clean, well kept and beautiful property in a great location. A tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. Staff are wonderfully accommodating and very helpful. A beautiful breakfast is provided each day, all homemade and locally sourced. Abdo was very helpful in arranging transfers to the airport, collecting us from our drop off location and carrying our luggage back to the riad. Sharing tips for getting around the medina and what to expect when buying in the market. Offering to print boarding passes and always at our service. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Our bed was a little hard but nothing that would put me off staring at this property again.

the riad is a quaint and beautiful one located close to all the main sights in marrakech. abdo and his lovely team took great care of us from the moment we reached marrakech! the room was clean, beautifully done and exactly like the photos. we stayed for a couple of nights and abdo made sure to check on us, asked if we needed anything and was ready to give us advice always. the breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. thank you for such a wonderful stay! would recommend 10/10 ✨ nothing! it was perfect ??

Very helpful host - Abdou - met us from airport transfer, good tips re finding our way around medina. On-site Hamman and massages were fabulous. On-site dinner was amazing. Just be aware you need to ask if you want to use the jacuzzi - takes a while to heat up (we stayed in early season).

The Riad is well placed to explore the old town, with restaurants near by and the jemaa el fna square a 15min walk. We felt very safe exploring and getting lost during the day and at night. It’s a quiet , calm and welcoming Riad not least because of Abdo and the staff. He is the most accommodating host I’ve met in a long time. He came to meet us from the taxi in the rain, he took us to our pick up point for a balloon trip at 5am (he insisted as he wanted to make sure we didn’t get lost), he sourced fresh spices and recommended a local hammam. He has an unassuming, friendly manner and is available at any time. The breakfast is served on a terrace in the sun - served by friendly, helpful staff.

Thank you to the fabulous team at Riad 5 Cens. We had a warm welcome and throughout our stay everyone was attentive, respectful, polite and thoughtful. Abdul especially went out of his was to check we had everything we needed, help with information and even helped with a traditional cure and went to the shops for bread when one of us was poorly. The Riad is peaceful and beautiful, though a little hard to find. It would have been good to have a sign at the street entryway and a clearer sign outside. Our room had everything we needed and had a Morrocan style which we loved. There are a range of public areas to suit different times of day and weather. There was a real air of hospitality, breakfast was delicious and the traditional mint tea and biscuits were always on offer. Thank you to everyone at Riad 5 Cens for a wonderful stay.
