like a very authentic riad, with a beautiful fountain in the centre. It was very close to the souks, Jemaaa El fnaa, and various mosques and palaces, and of course lots of nice places to eat. We thought it was good value for money and highly recommend it. Sometimes the room had a smell of drains, but this mainly disappeared if you left the windows open for a while. It could be a bit noisey at night sometimes, as the rooms aren't sound-proof, and you hear people arriving and going to their rooms, but that didn't bother us.

Bed dirty, towels ripped, shared showers with everyone

Very close to the main Medina area in Marrakech. Pretty comfortable and good value for the price. Room was also clean and we felt safe staying here. Would recommend for a budget stay in Marrakech!

it was beautiful and clean beds were stiff and my sheets had some marks on them

The location was great and easy to find. Communication was also easy prior to arrival. If you want to be close to all the action, this place is great! Being close to the action comes at a price. There were people chatting outside my window on and off all night. There was a smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable.

Small room but okay for 1-2 nights

Breakfast was nicely presented and there was an ample amount of it. Both women working were delightful and a cheerful start to our day.

Very nice breakfast. Great service! Nothing

Although the room was quite inexpensive, it cost me twice the amount I had paid three days before for a similar room in another riad.
-
Room a bit small but clean, traditional Moroccan style, good location, only a few steps to the square, friendly staffs, reasonable price compared to other places, Marrakech is expensive though

The riad is located at the heart of the medina and close to the square Jemaa el Fnaa. The facilities are dated but clean. The room was spartan but had everything on needed for one night, a bed, power sockets, hooks. A sink is my room, which is quite convenient. Abdul picked me up despite it being 1am and showed me the way. The wifi works well. The Riad is not easy to find as it is in a small alley and it does not have a visible sign like other Riads. The shared bathroom is a wet toilette- just to be aware. The airport pick up service was extremely delayed - I communicated the flight details with landing at 23:20, I was at arrival at 00.05 and the driver showed up at 00:55, apparently instead of meeting me at arrival either inside the airport or at the entrance, he was still driving at 00:43 and sent me a picture of the taxi stand at the parking lot at 0:53. The airport is 7km from the Medina a delay of 55 minutes is not justifiable for a scheduled pick up service. The douja finally gave me the option to not pay for the transfer which I appreciated. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I wrote and communicated that I would leave at around 7am for a day tour. While I was told a packed breakfast would have been prepared, there was nobody at check out at 7:15. There are convenient breakfast options nearby. Overall a budget friendly stay for one night.

Agradable estancia entre callejones de marracke

Good location Cold showers

Great location. Friendly staff. But cramped and noisy, intermittent hot water. Breakfast is sub-par, go around the corner to the cafe instead.

I absolutely adored this place. ?? I couldn't book for more nights because they were booked out. My room had a lovely window box I could squeeze into and read my book. The staff were completely lovely letting me sneak back and link into their WiFi even when I had officially checked out and was staying elsewhere. I have exchanged details with the manager to look at a long-term stay next year that's how much I adored this place. ? Very safe for solo travellers, booking.com logos visible with ratings present. Nothing !
