the staff was very nice and everything was clean and good, breakfast is also good

very warm company and good atmosphere, easy to meet interesting people and other travelers its next to a mosque so you will hear the call to prayer a bit loud, for me it was good its part of the culture and you get used to it quickly

i came to the facility very late but lehcen was very kind and understanding,he provided for me everything that i needed plus the rooftop was very vibrant with live music and people singing i highly recommend it to solo travelers

NÃO FIQUE NESSE LUGAR! Minha estadia no Riad Sijane foi um verdadeiro pesadelo e um risco à saúde. O lugar é extremamente sujo e totalmente impróprio para a saúde humana. A pior parte da minha experiência foi a infestação de insetos. Estando sozinho em um lugar desconhecido e sem conseguir me mudar de imediato, fui atacado por percevejos (bed bugs). Começaram a aparecer várias picadas ao longo de todo o meu corpo. Fui picado por toda a parte: costas, peito, braços e pernas. Foi desesperador e nojento. Além da falta de higiene absurda, o anúncio deles na página do Booking.com é uma propaganda enganosa descarada. Eles afirmam que há ar-condicionado, purificador de ar e até secador de cabelo. Não tem NADA disso em NENHUM local do hostel. Logo quando cheguei, questionei o dono sobre o ar-condicionado (que eu havia pagado para ter). Ele ficou apontando para um ventilador comum. Eu falei que aquilo era apenas um ventilador e não um ar-condicionado, e ele, com total descaso e falta de respeito, simplesmente respondeu que "era o que tinha e pronto". Para completar a péssima experiência, o Wi-Fi sequer funcionava direito no quarto. Evite esse lugar a todo custo se você preza pela sua saúde e não quer estragar a sua viagem.

N/A I would strongly encourage future guests to think carefully before booking this property. Unfortunately, I experienced what appear to be bed bug bites during my stay. Afterward, I looked more closely at the reviews and noticed another guest had reported bed bugs in a review from June 11, which I wish I had seen beforehand. This experience significantly impacted my time in Marrakech. When I brought my concerns to the owner’s attention, I found the response to be dismissive and unprofessional. I also noticed insect repellent near the reception desk, although it did not appear to resolve the issue. In addition to the suspected bed bugs, I encountered cockroaches, and at one point, dirty towels had been placed on my bed. While the low prices may be appealing, my overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

Calm ,cozy and good staff

Good location and nice staff

The hostel is located in market itself, but the location given on google is nit correct. Bathroom: they are very small, and the door for mens bathroom does not close. Dorm: they are fine but very shaky and sometimes its very hard to sleep.

I appreciated the breakfast. I did not feel comfortable as a single female staying in the shared room, and the host was overworked and not friendly. It was raining and there was no covered area to gather in, except the sleeping room which had no wifi.

I loved the location! And the roof top The shower courtains are super dirty. There was always water every where in the toilets. As a woman the showers were not private at all. There was no space to cook. That was not mentioned or not communicated to me at least. The beds were awful. No courtains. The breakfast was súper minimal.

Lahcen the host ? nothing

Everything was good. Perfect location, very convenient and close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lahcen very kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

To be honest no thing I booked from 13 Jan to 17 Jan ok I left the place in 14 Jan at 9 am , I couldn’t handle spending another day in that place , Really disappointed and the place was a dump. The bathroom was small and filthy. My bed smelled disgusting. The reception staff were extremely rude and nasty , I asked him about something but he didn’t respond or barley answered u .

Good price and location. Unable to access on arrival until another guest opened the door. When staff arrived I was made to feel unwelcome. It is an open area with wind and rain on the ground floor where the bedrooms are, making it quite cold overnight. Very little privacy in the bathroom.

Cleanliness of the bedsheets/blankets and pillows is questionable. It still smelt like they weren't clean (worth ensuring they are clean prior to sleeping). I had gone out for the day and came back, my bed was made (but i know its the same blankets and bedsheets). I don't think he keeps track of who checked into which bed and which bed checked out (even when I checked in, he wasnt sure which bed was still available for me to pick!).

Lovely management. Good breakfast and they would often bring complimentary tea when relaxing on the roof
