Best value and a real find in the centre of the old town

The surrounding area is too authentic. Bad smell, motorbikes rushing trough the narrow streets. Pricey shops and restaurants that look dirty.

Staffs are very helpful

The bed was hard as a rock. Even worse than a cot.

There was not much to like about this property, not worth your money or time to stay here. This property was in an extremely unsafe area. Our uber had to drop us off 15 min away because it is located in a no car area. The area was filled with people trying to come up to you. The hotel room was extremely dirty we didn’t bother to sleep under the sheets, the bathroom light did not turn on, the door lock did not feel safe. During our stay the power went out around 12:30am and the room was completely dark. Overall, not worth the hassle of how unsafe the location is. The courtyard area also had people in it that watched us walk right into our room which felt unsafe and no privacy. Do not recommend!!!

It could have been cleaner, and it was a little bit noisy.

It's the middle of the old city. Cleaning It's not bad, but the noise to loud the whole night. They have good service and nice people ?

It was so amazing and such a cute little area to stay. If I come back to Marrackech I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone in the area. Staff was Beverly and kind also hard Wi-Fi! Also was a restaurant that was very good with kinds staff right across the street! Nothing I have no complaints

Location. Cold floor.

Great location! Room was clean. Was basic but had everything we needed for the one night. Bed was uncomfortable. We didn’t have towels at first but the staff helped us quickly.

Very good location . Very friendly staff . Beautiful building and the room was very nice ? I really like this hotel and in future visits to Marrakesh it will be my first choice ! Nothing .... All good ?

It was a beautiful building amazing staff and right outside the main centre where you want to be like the interesting roads and the squares The rooms were very dim and a bit depressing with no natural light and not very clean if they were refurbished this would be a 10/10 hotel and the beds were rock solid

Superb

The property was poorly maintained. The washroom was not clean and there was stain in the toilet and shower area. The air conditioner did not work and when we let the staff know about it, they told that they'll try to fix it but nobody came and we had to spend the night by letting the window open. :(

I didn’t like the service. When I went into my room, the AC and the TV was not working. I spoke to the receptionist and he said the engineer is coming on 1 hour, but no one came. After 5 hours, he said nothing is working at his hotel today. And he was very rude to me.

Super central location with nice quiet yard where you can enjoy a tea and some peace within the buzzing Centre. Staff was nice and helpful. For the value it was a good stay. The beds are a bit hard but I prefer over too soft :) Private toilet in our room and shower. Towels were not spotless but clean.

The clean is not Bed is not good. Toilet is terrible. Price is good price quality. Location is close the Jamaa el fna Mobarak is very kind and helpful and always smile, make tea for us, always try to do the best, very educate. play guitar for the guests. ? Mantress, pillows and bedsheets. Toilet is not good. But you can handle all this, because Mobarak is very kind.

It was in a good location close to the market, staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was not comfortable -and bathroom a little outdated.
