The location Front desk staff not knowledge at all I booked a pool view. They gave me a different room. I had to ask for the manager it was no manager
-
No sauna as indicated. Steam bath was extra cost. Breakfast was mediocre. Restaurant food was poor. Front desk staff were dismissive at times
-
Comfortable, location and value. No complaints.

Only the location The service is one of the worst i ever encountered, the bar by the pool has 2 bartenders are the most grampy i ever seen in my life the pool attendant is worst then you can find in the most local cheap pools

Being a loyal customer of this hotel , i love the facilities and the location of this hotel. There are 2 pools which are pretty nice and well equipped. comparing to my last stay , reception was less profesional, i was told that my room was upgraded , but when i got into the room , i realised that i was given an accessable room. That was so rude and unacceptable and they told this as if it was a favor. The next day hotel manager solved our problem. Thanks to him , otherwise nobody took care of our problem. The reception staff also dont have name tags to give feedback.

The pool and the garden go together perfectly. I can't think of anything.

The pool The check in and reception were rude. Didn’t clean my room every day. My battery bank and hoodie were stolen by the cleaning staff as it was in my room. Hotel staff did nothing. Stay away from this hotel. Worst place and your belongings are not safe.

The staff were very kind and friendly despite being extremely busy. Special thanks to Mr Zuhair and Hasena at the reception they were amazing and offered us early check in which made a big difference following and long overnight flight. The pool was nice and clean and very busy. Very good location around 10min drive to Medina and within a few min walks from Manara mall Very nice vibes during Eid celebrations The breakfast was almost the same everyday but this was not a big issue and room cleaning level can be a bit better

The main attraction of the hotel is a large number of swimming pools, but not much else. The hotel is not located close to other attractions and the down-town and old town of Marrakech require a taxi. The main attraction of Marrakech is the medina, which contains the usual large number of small shops, but also palaces, gardens, mosques and squares. However once this is investigated and perhaps a tour to attractions in the surrounding areas, there is not much left to do. The basic functions of the hotel are good but I got a sense that most people simply lay around the pools in the sun for most of their stay. Room was spacious and clean, buffet breakfast was plentiful and the pools and garden clean and well kept. There were two other specialty restaurants in house The hotel and a lot of others are located well away from the active parts of the city. It was possible to walk to other cafes and restaurants but these were mainly located in other hotels. Hotel shuttles to the medina and other attractions may have inspired customers to be more active in exploring Marrakech

Near the airport. Could walk to the medina. It is a big impersonal hotel with rooms a little better than a college dorm room. Very overpriced.

Everything! The place , the location , the staff… the list goes on. Their hospitality is incredible . Mahdi even arranged our day excursions to our like . Thank you ! There is not a thing .
