If they can fit private curtains to each beds that will be great.I know it's going to be difficult but take it as a suggestion not a complaint.Thank you

Rooftop area, colorful traditional Moroccan style home. Laundry service I couldn’t find proper kitchen utensils. No Air conditioning. Not a social hostel.

Nice interior, etc. I didn't appreciate my passport being confiscated by reception upon arrival - this is illegal! The reason was because of confusion on what had been paid already or not, and the rest had to be done with cash, requiring me to find an ATM 30 mins walk away. Other people staying had the same issue with reception ? The hostel had no right or need to withhold passports. If a person doesn't pay up, they logically can't stay.

I loved this hostel and came back two more times! Obviously it's not a luxury stay. It's a hostel so keep that in mind. Everything is cleaned daily. The staff are kind and welcoming. The hostel has a social atmosphere and I made a lot of friends here. They have a cheap breakfast you can ask for that's made fresh for you. It's simple and delicious. I also liked that they offer different tours cause I was able to go to Merzouga with some people I met at the hostel! I think the location was great too. It was secluded enough to be quiet but also very close to shops and restaurants.

That the toilets and the showers are in the same place so you have to wait really long if you want to pee because someone else is taking a shower

Great staff. Great ac. Great WiFi. Quite. Great location. Great bed. Didn’t like the pillow cases. Very rough on the face

Breakfast was home made by a local when you order it, it's very tasty and the best mint tea tasted there! There's always somebody at the reception 24h x7. And the guys at the reception are always nice and friendly! ? There's no locker, you need to have one of you want to lock your things in your dormitory for safe keeping. You don't have the key of your room. So it will be always open. They don't give you the key to the hostel either so if you arrive late at night you need to ring the bell and it's a bit bothering of you sleep downstairs. You have only one bathroom+ shower for the ten people in the first floor, so in the morning evening it's often busy and you need to wait or hope the one upstairs is free. There's. A kitchen but it's not that tidy. Honestly we where there in February which is not high season, I think in high season it's going to be crazy if you need to take a shower or go to the bathroom. Beds are very big but I don't think the blankets are cleaned often.

first off, excellent staff, I arrived 3:30 am and they were smiling. beds very comfortable, hostel clean, nice common areas, terrace good, breakfast sufficient, omelet, small cheese, sweet sauce, bread, tea. There is ac in the room. They turned it on and the room was very comfortable. Good place to meet people, location right in medina but quiet. I've stayed at a few places in Marrakech, this is the best, a great value! Thank you to the staff

We booked a private room on the top of the roof. The room was very cold and drafty during the night. Bathroom really small. There were no hangers, furniture, where to put our belonging. On our second stay we didn't have any hot water. During our stay, which was not pleasant especially after cold trip in Sahara. In the evening we could feel smoking coming into our room
