Room was very clean. No noise issues. Staff was great.

Staff very helpful. Breakfest was nice

It’s an ok hotel if traveling by yourself. Rooms are kinda small and looks outdated. Our bathroom door did not lock and it was a little difficult opening the door to the room. If you’re traveling with family and want more comfort, there are other options around there. The staff were nice and helpful, they serve continental breakfast (bagels and coffee).

The experience was great.

If you are in the area please do not stay at this property, its falling apart and management is unwilling to maintain the upkeep, missing toiletry, missing fixtures, blood stained bedding, dirty sofas, rude management and the list continues.

The customer service was excellent, and the room was spotless.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast options were good. Breakfast attendant was very nice too. Great location with many dinning options nearby.

Great stay! Breakfast was the best part! Only for one night but definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything was good.

Great place to stay would stay there again

I asked for a receipt at check out and was told they couldn't give me one because I booked through Expedia. I'm still waiting. I need it to file a travel claim. And there is no way to contact Expedia without giving them information to sell so I get endless spam texts, emails and phone calls.

Great location, seems to be in a safe and quiet area. Beds were very good and clean, along with everything else in the room. However, I would have liked seen a deep cleaning of the bathroom to give it that sparkling appearance.

Breakfast was ok, room definitely needed some fixing up. Not worth $123 a night!

Normal comfort inns are a safe bet. This one was musty and out dated. It did the trick but it was just very beat up for a hotel and couldn’t give it 4 stars. The lady that worked well I stayed was very nice and approachable!

The gentleman at the desk at check out was friendly - you could hear him across the lobby speaking kindly to both guests and fellow employees.

We had to check in well after midnight and both clerks that I spoke with to let them know told me not to worry. All staff that we interacted with were kind? courteous and friendly.

Bed very comfortable. A little noisy because of the turnpike. Plantings around the entrance neglected.

However, the room had a significant number of flying bugs. I reported the issue and requested a room change if possible. The staff told me that no other rooms were available and that they would clean the room instead. When I returned later that evening, the same bugs were still in the room. Unfortunately, this made my stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. The lack of proper pest control and the inability to provide a clean room resulted in a very poor experience overall
