Hillside Inn & Suite

I would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling with children. We were asked to leave at 2:00 p.m. because management said my kids were being too loud, while also telling me another guest was allowed to stay because she had been there longer. When I requested a refund for the unused nights, I was told no. They then informed Hotels.com that I should only receive a refund for one night instead of the two I had left because I checked out around 1:00 p.m. instead of the 11:00 a.m. checkout time. Overall, I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled and the lack of fair customer service.

Rooms clean and beds were comfy but it states that breakfast is included and it is not so if you are looking for the usual like a Contentle type breakfast look elsewhere to stay, if you you want a good night and inexpensive rest you will get it.

The room was clean and relaxing. The bed was a little outdated but did the job for our 1 night stay. Checking in and out was a breeze and the front office staff was super friendly and nice. Would definitely stay again for the price and convenience!

This is a very basic hotel - no frills at all.

Entrance door to room had to be slammed to close. Bathroom door wouldn't close. It looked like there was a gun fight in the room with so many holes patched and not painted over. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn't sleep anyway. Got there at 8 pm and left by 3 am cuz I just couldn't sleep.

Bed was comfortable. Room was nice.

Location was accessible and staff were friendly.

The only complaint I have is I had somehow booked 2 rooms online by accident for the same 2 nights. What I thought would be any easy process of refunding my money back for the 2nd room, isn't so rasy. 3 days later & still waiting on a refund. I have no complaints on the Hotel itself.The staff was friendly & helpful & it was very quiet but still waiting to receive that refund

Everything was very clean. Ideal for a stopover place on your way somewhere else.

This place is horrible. Do not stay here. The accused is of sterling one of their nasty pillows and charged us $50. I will be calling the authorities.

The room was very clean, however, it is not senior friendly - no grab bars in the bathroom (no towel bars either). We had a first floor room, however, there are three steps (first is very steep) to go down which was an issue for my husband who has mobility issues. They allow pets, but no bags or trash container for clean up. Also appeared to be in odor in the hall.

Needs some updates and renovation, but clean and affordable.

It sad breakfast was included, but there wasn't any. The lobby was dirty and the staff took a long time to come to the desk after ringing the bell. Outdated and dirty.
