Nice clean redone rooms. No in room coffee ruins it for me. That’s just cheap. Too bad

Very outdated matress, pillows, furniture, carpet, and curtains. They had no coffee, hand soap, or shampoo. Stains on bedding. I would stay anywhere but here .

tv remote had no batteries, toilet lid loose, no ice containers, front step crumbling

Didn't get the breakfast there, but there is a nice little Mom & Pop diner right across the way that serves delicious food for a reasonable price. The motel staff was very friendly when I checked in and was accommodating when I asked for extra washcloths and towels. They told me where I could get a pizza, beer and about the good food at the diner. My room door (#281) had to be kicked to open and shut it. It seems to be warped and definitely needs work. Also, the buildings don't have Rooms ###-### signs on the outside anywhere. Fortunately, the motel staff explained where my room was because there are 3 buildings. There are also no signs inside the stairwells to help you find the room numbers easily.

There was small bugs on the walls when i walked in. Absolutely no hot water.

The property seems to attract alot of railroad workers. It does not have a free breakfast, but does have "Penny's" a nearby 24-hr restaurant. Initially I was booked to stay in the lower level of one building. The motel manager managed to get the booking changed to the upstairs of an adjacent building. This building appeared to have new carpet and paint. However, the A/C in that room was not working properly. I checked again with the manager who assigned me a different room in the 2nd building. My stay in that building was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was traveling for business. The "Penny's" diner nearby had good service for eggs, sausage and hash browns for breakfast. Local workers and farmers often eat there.

Also it was not clean, the room needed vacuumed and dusted.

Stayed with another party and our rooms were close together according to my request Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I wanted to ask for a different room but didn’t have time. All my clothes and even suitcase smelled like smoke when I got home. Also the back door was ajar and never locked at night.

Dead bugs in the bathroom, on the shelves. Zero hot water! Listing said the bed would be a queen, but it was definitely smaller. Hallway right outside the room reeked of strong chemicals.

Needs a breakfast area Vending machine needs attention

The staff were really helpful- Amanda on reception was brilliant. Shower gel would be good in the bathroom and functional locks for the buildings for the keycards to open would be good. Also a luggage trolley would be helpful onsite in each building.

Great place to stay on short notice. Plenty of rooms and a dinner close by.

Room was relatively clean but otherwise offered much less then normal for the price point. No ammenities (coffee pot, hair dryer, courtesy shampoo, etc.) and the mattress was absolutly the worst I've experienced.
