The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wasn't thrilled for $356.00 a night. The rooms were so so. Shower head needs to be replaced. Carpets need to be replaced. Worst part was severa deepl potholes in asphalt . Thought we lost a tire.

Rooms were clean and well stocked, and area was quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Ample parking. Free breakfast was good. They had a good variety of food. Convenient location, right off of I-84, lots of shopping along 209.

Hampton is always clean. Hotel did not have options to purchase incidentals but took a required deposit for them anyway. Room was clean but very minimal to the room for 300 for one night. The breakfast was good I love oatmeal, and it was delicious. I was in the shower and noticed that it wasn’t any body wash so I had to hop out the shower and catch the room attendant down the hall. She gave me a full bottle so it worked out.

I had wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional and ready to help with any request. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for pleasant stay.

Breakfast was excellent. The front desk said the hotel was not full. However, still couldn't get 2 rooms even on the same floor, despite booking a month in advance, and even on a MONDAY nite. Booked 1 month in advance. On a Monday nite, and couldn't get 2 rooms together and not even on the same floor.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Air conditioning was working perfectly. Although the window faced interstate, we didn’t hear any noise. Breakfast was excellent.

It was the first time a hotel had my room ready and wanted to charge $20man hour for an early check in and was a little disappointed in that. Also was not aware that they only cleaned the room every other day, which is fine if I was made aware of it. Had to call the desk at 12:30 am when to get towels for the next morning, which the girl at the desk was very accommodating.

Had asked for extra towels, never arrived. Asked for extra pillows. Never supplied. Refrigerator made noise had to unplug in order to sleep.

I loved everything about this hotel ! It was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated that they had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate available all day. I would definitely stay here again .

rude staff - wouldnt answer questions , or if did not fully , or reply "its hotel policy". The road to the Hotel was a disaster - full of deep pot holes they almost require 4 wheel drive to traverse
