Clean room

Easy check in. Room and bathroom clean!!!

The staff person was clearly having a difficult time being kind or caring, at all. Very dismissive. Set a very bad tone for the visit. The room had a loud a/c unit and there were minimal towels. It was just a stay, it wasn’t a stay at a Hampton.

The street to hotel needs to be paved.
-
The access road to the hotel was riddled with big pot holes. Other than that, our stay was great!

Good breakfast clean area.

Easy parking. Great breakfast.

It is impossible to get old fixtures spotless. The beds were fine, the bathroom relatively clean, but grout and caulking around the tub can’t be cleaned well in their elderly state. Breakfast was fine , but the breakfast area, again, needed renovation.
-
The road leading to the hotel was filled with potholes and very treacherous. It could do damage to a car if driver didn’t go at a snail’s pace as the holes were unavoidable.
-
The road to the hotel is riddled with huge, deep potholes that are nearly impossible to avoid. I probably would have gone elsewhere if I knew that. Otherwise the hotel was good, the breakfast was decent

Typical Hampton Inn with no surprises. A great value at this location.
-
The hotel was great. The only negative is the public road leading to it is in very poor shape and if you are not careful you can easily damage your vehicle.
-
The room was large and clean. Housekeeping was minimal but adequate. The larger refrigerator accommodated the case of champagne I needed to chill before the event. The complementary breakfast was fine, with Denver omelettes and bacon and sausages offered as well as cereal, waffles, fruit and juices. Overall a good choice for the area.

No signs during construction so took many tries to find the hotel and then had to drive to it through huge potholes
-
This was a great place to stop for a quick over night visit. We made use of the exercise room and breakfast was great!

I've never had very good experiences with this hotel brand. Always a financial issue. The hotel was nothing to write home about and the location was strange and in need of some desperate road repair - potholes all along the path to the parking lot.
-
Very clean and conveniently located

They told me that since I booked my room through a third party it would cost more for a handicapped room. I told them that this was discriminatory. I asked for a quiet room. They had a water break and the plumber parked right under my room and I had to listen to him making noise into the night. There wasn't any water for hours. In the morning the water in the shower ran brown. I have stayed there many times. I told them that I probably won't ever be back.
