Amazing staff, tons for families to do, not just pool, whalers shopping, and the lanai!

The property is beautiful and it is in a great location. The shopping center and plenty of restaurants were in walking distance. We did not like the fact that you needed to rent beach chairs at $176 a day. We are use to resorts supplying them for their guests. I would expect that for the price we paid to stay there. We enjoyed their luau and thought it was high quality. They maintained the property well and it seemed like a good spot for families. Even though we would not choose to stay there again because we prefer adult only resorts that supply places to lounge on the beach, we had an amazing time and enjoyed the view from our room.

As Maui residents we don’t usually take advantage of the islands resorts so it was nice to play tourist for a few days and relax. 4th of July festivities at Westin resort were way above any expectation and the flower drop was cool to be part of as well. We would be happy to come back and stay here again.

THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THEIR VALET STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. OUR ROOM HAD TERRIFIC BEACH AND POOL VIEWS AND THE POOLS WERE VERY CLEAN. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ABD WILL STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We also upgrade and had a great view of the pools and ocean. There is so much to do. We shopped, had fun on the sunset cruise, hung out on the pool and beach and enjoyed the food and drinks at all the restaurants. What also made the trip was the people that we met from all over the world. Everyone was friendly and made the trip that much more enjoyable. Lastly, the weather was unbelievable! This is paradise! Thank you to the Westin for helping to make our honeymoon special! Kudos to the bartenders….Greg and GreenEyes will return!

The staff was fantastic. Our room was right next to the elevator so didn’t love that. Lots of the pool wasn’t as clean as it usually is due to people eating and drinking in the pool. Wish that was policed a little more but overall very nice hotel

Beautiful property however it’s not maintained to justify $700 a night for garden view! It sure needs remodeling!

The resort is in an ideal location. Feels like an all inclusive. Expensive restaurants surround the property but you can find good deals on food and activities if you do your homework.
