Larkspur Landing Toledo-Maumee

Breakfast was ok. The food was somewhat bland. But there was a good variety.

The location is good and room is spacious. This is the last time that I book in a pet friendly hotel, the first room we got had a bad smell from the sofa bed mattress probably an animal stain or so. The staff were helpful, we changed rooms, but the smell of animal was still much present in the corridors.

I didn’t stay there! They sent me a cancellation email so I had to book another hotel

Location was perfect and the configuration of the rooms was exactly what we needed Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly - leftover food and dishes in kitchen, shampoo not restocked, someone’s dirty towel laid in the hallway for two days before being picked up. Overall, property feels dated.

The price and space of the room The toilet seat was not on at all.the pressure of the shower was low.told the front desk about drugs on our floor and they said nothing could be done.

The suite was very nice and clean. The staff wasn't friendly. They weren't unfriendly but not overly friendly either.

It's a beautiful room. The room was very comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. The UNCLEAN FOUL BATHROOM.. The shower head was so covered in mold dirt and just unknowns. Who would let water that came out of that touch them.. All around the baseboards were the same thing. Mold mites and all. Looked as if pushing the dirt to the edges is common practice.. Fortunately I had Clorox cleanup.. I was nice enough I cleaned up...If that room looked like this I assume the rest did too.. The other positives were worth the 20 min to clean. For 175$ a night, STEP IT UP HOUSEKEEPING!

The first floor location of the room Love the all day coffee was the best I forgot my razor and was able to get one at the desk thank you Needed a walk-in shower because it's hard to lift legs over tub, so we couldn't shower The bed was soft. I liked it just could've been a little firmer because your body sinks in and you have to roll a bit to get up, and the mattress was too tall. My wife had a hard time getting on she has the leg problems it was just too tall

Room was not clean. Pull out bed was disgusting. It had mildew & crumbs! Carpet was gross. Trash wasn’t emptied.

ok air conditioning was terrible and there was marijuana smell in rooms

Very limited choices of food. Cost should be very low. Breakfast. I want eggs my way.

Everything was excellent, the staff, the room and breakfast. All over the top.

The hotel was super dirty. The bedding was smelling bad, the pool was not working. Bathroom was in terrible shape, Cleaning needs to improve! This was not cheap and the place is in terrible shape
