Clean room.

The elevator was very hot and muggy because of no air, the rooms weren't clean, the dishwasher was caked with dust, the dishes were dirty, and there was salt and other crumbs on the kitchen floor. The beds were so high off the ground and sleeping was uncomfortable because the bed is so hard. The location is next to an abandoned mall not much around to do.

A week prior to our trip, I called to request a pack n play as we were traveling for 13 hours with three young children and I wanted to make sure we had a spot to lay our baby when we arrived. It took an hour for them to “find a pack n play”. When I opened it, it had crushed gold fish all over it and was caked with other dried food. My baby was crawling on the floor and then I noticed she was covered in dog hair. I checked the sheets and they also had dog hair. The manager I spoke with was very understanding and he apologized and upgraded our room for free. The new larger room was clean and we didn’t have any problems. However, moving floors and repacking three kids after a long car ride was not fun. Also, my oldest daughter has a tree nut allergy and there was nothing at the continental breakfast that was safe for her to eat as it was all an open buffet.

Would come visit again and will recommend others

People who weren’t even staying at the hotel were using the pool which made it completely crowded and over capacity. It was hard to track down people who worked there and when we did they were not friendly and also not helpful. There were no towels in the pool area and people were waiting in the lobby dripping wet, creating wet floors throughout. There was a lot of loud stomping and people up partying until 3am. The soap labeled as “Dove” was clearly not, and smelled cheap and unpleasant.

Really nice breakfast with allergy friendly options and unusual choices. Big rooms, big lobby, good suite.

The rooms were well kept, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Nice clean quite place

It was a great stop for a family of 5. Room was clean. Had a place to sit and chat and play games. Was able to make a small dinner instead of eating fast food another night.

The location was good. The size of the room was nice and the kitchenette was very nice. Loved the outdoor seating area off of the breakfast area. Dust and hair in the room when we got there. Painting was messy, door knob was spray painted. Check in clerk said breakfast started at 6:30 a.m. When we went to get breakfast at 6:45, there were several people waiting. Still waiting after 7:00. I went to ask at the desk. They said it started at 7:30 on weekends. When it did start, people stood around waiting on clean plates to get food.

Beautiful well kept flowers out front made you feel welcome. All front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff spoke to us, were friendly and professional. Dinner snack was fun. Pool was not overcrowded and super loud like it had been a couple times in the past. Breakfast was tasty. We were disappointed in the Sunday breakfast this morning. Must have had a heart ge rush or short staff. We also had to request towels and toilet paper and empty our own trash a couple times. Don't the cleaners at least spot check? But overall, very, very happy with the accomodations and staff. Thank you for het to make our family vacation wonderful 😊

Location of the hotel was good for visiting family that lived close by. Hotel was quite, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay could have been better but food is always peoples personal choice.
