One of the ladies at the front desk wasn’t so helpful, but it was a gentleman and also the manager there that were amazing and I really appreciate them only negative there was like a dirt stain on the sheets forgot to bring it to their attention. My overall, it was pretty good.

Everything was good except for the dinner buffet. It wasn’t the warmest food and they didn’t know what food was gluten free.

Clean room
-
The room was fairly worn, the chair was broken, tv didn’t work. We had to call maintenance up to the room twice but they were very responsive and nice. Room was nice just visibly worn and worn down.

beautiful resort and loved the native accents everywhere.

There is no maid service at all. Stayed for 3 nights and had to call using my cell phone to call the main number because nobody answered the hotel desk phone in order to request towels and acted as if we were putting them out. Only a small tube of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel which was used first day and was not replaced because no maid service. Reserved a pool cabana and there was no drink service and they never even opened the cabana or pool bar. Had to call to inform the hotel desk and canceled the cabana rental. No apology at all.

We choose the smoking room but its super clean! Very comfortable. Love that our room had microwave, fridge and coffee maker!

The slot machines sucked.. the huge pool was one of the main reasons I went there, come to find out was not deep enough for adults. You couldn't drink or smoke there by the pool. It was for the little kids not adults. We left A day early. And the buffet was pretty empty. Never going back there.

When you first walk into the main lobby, you almost choke from the smell of smoke it reeks then when I got up to the front desk, I had made a reservation for two queen beds for my son and I and they informed me that they did not have that they only had one queen and could bring a rollaway bed in as I was standing there they were helping other people and bragging about canceling other persons reservations to fit the people that were there in completely disrespectful of the people that had called and made reservations. We were later getting in and I called four hours earlier and told them that we had been in a bad traffic jam and we’re running late. While I was standing there waiting, the lady was literally talking about someone who had a reservation that was stuck in a big traffic jam, and telling these other people that if they didn’t hear from me in 15 minutes, they were going to cancel my reservation. She obviously did not know. I was standing right there checking in at the time.

Sheets smelled like smoke, the rest was ok

Really nice golf course. Pool area great kids loved it. The casino security really knowledgeable of what lures and where to go to catch trout in kansas.

Attended a Jeff Foxworthy performance at the venue. Casino was fun and crowd was relaxed but excited. Facilities for hot tubs and pool are great and open extended hours. Restaurant for breakfast/lunch has great selection and food is well prepared and tasty. Deli sandwiches at lobby restaurant are excellent.

Check in was poor. Very busy, but rooms weren't "inspected" & available till 2 hrs after check in time
-
Clean and well kept hotel with plenty of things to do!

The rooms were very nice and clean and the only real negative is that the restaurant isn’t open past 11:00pm and food availability is limited with the exception of the Snack Bar. Otherwise we will indeed be back.

Most importantly I’m not a gambler I stayed here because it was convenient. Staff was very nice. Room was very shabby, not what I’d expect for $150/night. Food downstairs was terrible. Didn’t finish my chicken tenders because they were so dry. Found great restaurants 2 miles away. My fault for not checking the casino restaurant ratings. Right there with Taco Bell

Staff was really nice

They need microwaves and desks/tables in the room. I was disappointed that my room didn’t have those amenities.
