Prairie Band Casino & Resort

rooms were very clean, however staying 2 nights, the hotel did not replenish the coffee or towels. Went to the front desk and asked to replenish the coffee and towels. After returning to the room 4 hours later they did not replenish. Went back to front desk and had to request again.

Room was definitely outdated, no usb for phones or electronics. Old coffee maker, needed a step stool to get into bathtub. Not enough linens. Very disappointed about the room, the steakhouse was a great experience. The bfast buffet was ok, never really had any interactions with the staff on the casino floor

The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the lack of counter space. The grounds are beautiful and there are many activities including a decent-sized casino and swimming area.

This room was so bad that we chose to leave and not even stay the night. The furniture was filled with gases and Knicks all over it. It was dark. It smelt so bad, when I sat down on the bed, the smell of the bedding made me nauseous.. i’ve stayed at a motel six that was nicer than this when we presented to the desk with the fact that we had to leave because of the state of the room nobody seemed to care. Please avoid this at all cost.! Also the lock for the door was broke off so no way to even secure the room!

We love this hotel and casino. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful.

not interested in staying again. courtyard was messy

Somehow, I ended up with a smoking room, and I don't ever book a smoking room. They did check to see. There were non smoking rooms available, so I did take it. The pillows smell like old musty washer machine, so I couldn't use the pillows and the room was overly smoky. Smell.

Room was horrible. Furniture was damaged.all the walls were damaged. Dirty

We took advantage of the indoor gym and pool area, especially since it was so hot outside. Had many activities to do and we were able to relax like we wanted. We will be back in the future.

Entire staff was very helpful and friendly had a great time my favorite property

Everything about this property has always been phenomenal, I frequent this property often, whether it be for the Crab legs on Fridays or simply just a get away from Kansas City. I have worked in the Hospitality Business for 19 years and completely understand that it can be very trying at times, but never under any circumstances should a guest feel like we are a bother to the staff! Upon checking in on Monday the front desk Clerk Addison was unapproachable for the lack of a better phrase, to the point where I waited until another person took over to get the wristbands for my grandkids because I chose not to deal with her. I am a person that can deal with anything but will avoid uneasy situations at all cost, I also understand that the hotel business can be overwhelming often but never should a guest feel uneasy about approaching the front desk! FYI THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE HOTELS EVER…

One of the ladies at the front desk wasn’t so helpful, but it was a gentleman and also the manager there that were amazing and I really appreciate them only negative there was like a dirt stain on the sheets forgot to bring it to their attention. My overall, it was pretty good.

Everything was good except for the dinner buffet. It wasn’t the warmest food and they didn’t know what food was gluten free.

Clean room

The room was fairly worn, the chair was broken, tv didn’t work. We had to call maintenance up to the room twice but they were very responsive and nice. Room was nice just visibly worn and worn down.
