rooms are very nice but need some updates like usb ports by night lights and simple things like that

The hotel was nice. The check-in process was brutal. The room was nice, comfortable, though there was hair on the shower curtain. Not a big deal but pay attention when cleaning.

Everything was Good

We had a great stay! The pool hours were a plus so we were able to attend our concert and still able to enjoy the amenities.

We also enjoyed a couple massage at the spa and it was pretty amazing. Was a little pricey but it was worth it. The outdoor pool was very nice but the bar was hardly open and you were not allowed to take your own drinks in. Lots of little kids running around and screaming. Usually dont mind too much but we were kid free so not as relaxing as would have liked. Not too big of a deal. Our room was perfect. The bed is so comfortable. The temperature was perfect and we really enjoyed the huge tub. All In all it was amazing. Some of the staff could definitely fix their attitudes especially the front desk. The valet parking was great and their customer service was on point.

Additionally, we reported that the coffee maker in our room had been over flown, and the tray was set in soaking water. It was never cleaned or replaced. Our room was never cleaned, and towels were not replaced. The pool was wonderful, and the property was clean. However, the individual room was not maintained during our stay.

We loved this hotel! We were there for a concert and had supper at one of their restaurants. It was all excellent! The room was beautiful and everything was very clean. And the staff was always helpful!

Pool area was wonderful for all of the family. Maybe just someone to monitor the slide for kids

Very nice pool. Rooms updated and upscale.

rooms were very clean, however staying 2 nights, the hotel did not replenish the coffee or towels. Went to the front desk and asked to replenish the coffee and towels. After returning to the room 4 hours later they did not replenish. Went back to front desk and had to request again.

Exceptional

Room was definitely outdated, no usb for phones or electronics. Old coffee maker, needed a step stool to get into bathtub. Not enough linens. Very disappointed about the room, the steakhouse was a great experience. The bfast buffet was ok, never really had any interactions with the staff on the casino floor

The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the lack of counter space. The grounds are beautiful and there are many activities including a decent-sized casino and swimming area.

This room was so bad that we chose to leave and not even stay the night. The furniture was filled with gases and Knicks all over it. It was dark. It smelt so bad, when I sat down on the bed, the smell of the bedding made me nauseous.. i’ve stayed at a motel six that was nicer than this when we presented to the desk with the fact that we had to leave because of the state of the room nobody seemed to care. Please avoid this at all cost.! Also the lock for the door was broke off so no way to even secure the room!

We love this hotel and casino. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful.
