There was an odor that seemed like mildew

The manager was very kind, understanding, friendly and very helpful! I truly appreciate her! Because of my experience with her I would book again in the future! I did stay long enough. I arrived late and left the same day. My visit was less than 12 hours.

Staff was very friendly but place was quite run down and noisy. Elevator is suspect, meaning it sounds like it needs maintenance.

The shower was not clean and had multiple clumps of hair in it

The location is excellent. I expected a better breakfast.

The room looked clean, but all of the smells were definitely a problem. The air felt stagnant in the hallway.

The rooms themselves were very comfortable. Parking was free and almost always easily available. The lack of education when it comes to ADA and how dismissive the lady was. I was told there had been complaints and was then told “well he’s still a dog” when trying to explain that he’s a medical service dog and I need him with me.

They claimed that there was free breakfast but the breakfast room was dark and there was no staff to talk to in the morning.

Clean room. Nice view and very comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. Certain things in the room were already broken and breakfast wasn’t as advertised… was looking forward to some pastries and orange juice but neither was available. (As per pictures) and more options on cereal (for children) the gym also wasn’t working to fully with calculations.

The hotel had an odor that permeated throughout the whole building. The breakfast was a joke. The elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart any second. It shook violently which was scary. The bathtub leaked all day and night. The toilet was so low to the ground. The doors on some of the rooms did not go all the way to the door frame. The towels and wash cloths looked like they had seen better days. Would never stay there again!

Nothing other than location Check-in experience was the worst. Asked for a room on the upper floor and we were told no rooms were available. But people came after us and were given upper floor rooms. We were given a smelly room near the laundry room. Room had maintenance issues the we were not told about and never fixed during our stay.

It’s close the mountain creek waterpark. That’s the only thing that was appreciated. It reeked of mold, unsanitary rooms and bathroom, small space.

Good location, proximity to Mountain Creek, Highpoint Regional HS. Mattress was very hard and not comfortable. Breakfast area was cramped. Waffle batter, juice were only half filled. The coffee was a bit sludgy.

This property the breakfast came very late, and my daughter had to go without breakfast to the exam center. Secondly, the beds were only twin bed instead of queen bed. Hence, the experience was not that good. Moreover, there was no staff present in the morning that we can complain as well.

Location was close to Mountain Creek Waterpark It would have been great if there was an employee on site to check in. The employee pulled up 20 minutes after we arrived to check in around 6:30pm

Very affordable and not far from mountain creek

1. Hotel tried to charge a higher rate than rate when booked. They did correct this 2. Sink didn't drain well. No one at desk to report it to. 3. Breakfast only so-so. But waffle was good. 4. No one at front desk for check out

There was a weird odor all throughout the first floor hall. The shower was moldy and had bugs on the ceiling.
