Tried to check in. No one was at desk. Worker came out put me on phone with someone else was told room wasn’t ready. Came back later was given a room with black mold growing on ceiling. Went to desk to complain and get another room was given a different room. This new room had stained sheets. Gross!!!! Went back to desk and canceled stay

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way for their customers. The bathroom was perfectly clean and there were ample towels available. The elevator was not functioning properly. It was scary because it bucked and made noise. I used the staircase after that as did many other people staying there. The hotel was run down and carpet was worn and looked dirty. The door lock security features were loose and antiquated.

Breakfast was very good. You had a variety of different food. We were a little late for breakfast and the staff was very nice to keep the food out for us

There were people in the parking lot playing loud music and seemingly partying til after midnight. Then they were on my floor in and out of their rooms slamming doors until after 1 am. At 4 in the morning someone in the hall yelled who the f&ck do u think u are. This was very disturbing and someone should have put a stop to the disruption

The room was very clean, it smelled clean it was a very decent breakfast all the food was fresh not stale air conditioning was cool which was fantastic because both days were above 85 and humid

The breakfast exceeded my expectations for "continental", there were waffles, eggs, granola bars, yogurt, several breads, juice, fruit, cereal...it was good. The elevator was noisy.
