Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg

The place was awesome. Our room was neat and clean and that shower. The walk-in shower was amazing. The staff there were so nice to us, the only issue we had was our TV was not functioning, but that was due to some issue that they had after they lost power as did most people during this week. Would highly recommend anyone staying there?

The location was perfect as a stay over on the way home. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful when I have problems with my reservation. The breakfast was very good and the person overseeing the breakfast area was exceptional in her throughness and care.

Just outside of Harrisburg, Fairfield Inn & Suites in Mechanicsburg is an excellent place to stay if visiting local attractions. Just off of I-81, the hotel is conveniently located. The property is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are larger sized and very comfortable. The free breakfast is very good as well. It is a quality hotel.

We were stranded here in PA after our car broke down. I book this hotel at the dealership after we received the news that it will not be fixed until Monday. We were so impressed with the property on how clean and comfortable the rooms are. Breakfast this morning was delicious and the staff is very attentive. After they heard of our problem and prolong stay, they just knocked on our door and delivered water, cookies and a bear made of towels. How cool is that! I highly recommend this hotel whether is an unscheduled stop or not.

Reliable location for us for our trips to the coast.

The property is great The front desk employee was super nice about a situation I went through with barefoot Inn suites Harrisburg, West location my Uber dropped me off at that location and the whole situation from that was just unprofessional. I tried to get help from the employee she wouldn’t let me in the building, even showing my room key from this property location. She eventually came out while I was waiting for a new Uber that ended up being the same driver that dropped me off. What at that point it was no need in. My only option was to get back in the Uber and return to this property location at this point I was super uncomfortable to even stay in the room, but I do love this property. It is a great hotel. All the staff are very understanding. The hotel is clean. I will return just the overall experience that I went through at the other property location was just truly unacceptable. I understand safety procedures but at that point I truly didn’t feel safe sitting outside for a whole hour waiting for a whole new ride for about an hour

Everything was fresh and well maintained. There was this metal panel that covered the area of the drain in the shower stall and once I turned the water flow off, the water droplets created music on the panel as they fell to the ground. Didn’t expect music while showering!

Breakfast was no good. Paid $274 for a room that was worth $120 or less. Poor water flow in the shower. Capri Sun straw wrapper inside a bath towel. Only one of the power outlets in the room worked. Smelled like smoke, sheets stank. Bed comfort was okay. I would not stay here again. Staff was very friendly however. The two ladies that work the night shift were very helpful and pleasant. No complaints there at all.

Staff was awful! Told us she was to busy to wait on us and to go sit and reserve on our phone! We did then told us because we used a 3rd party if we couldn't get a refund if we didn’t need the 2nd night.

Awesome Hotel stay. Everything was clean, well placed, and comfy. Front desk was very attentive.
