The walls were paper thin. We could hear the neighbors We were placed in the back next to a room with dogs. The location is isolated, no where to walk from there

They say you get what you pay for. I didn't even get that. First room given to me, I couldn't even get my key card to open the door after several tries. Lock and handle practically falling off. Was given another room. I hate tile floors, but at least the room appeared clean; bed was comfy, and the AC worked. No soap (bar OR dispenser) in room - even front desk had NONE! Very late, and I was tired, with a dog, so refused a 3rd room, and showered and washed using my shampoo! No tissues. Horrible towels. Ice machine did not work! (It was 100 degrees that day.) No coffee in room, and saw a small pot (4 cup) on the front desk in the morning. Was I supposed to ask them to make it for me? Went to the Rooster Diner next door and paid for a 20 Oz. cup. No phone in room to call front desk, do had to walk there to get ANY help. Apparently they have trouble with guests stealing things. Surrounding grounds looked beat up, but there WAS a newly planted flower garden. Would sleep in my car before I would stay here again.

This property is still being renovated so there is noise associated with that. It’s not real loud just a bit annoying. There were no working ice machines and even after 2 rounds of the dryer at $2.50 each our clothes were still very damp. We were there 3 nights, the second day our room was not made and no clean towels. There was a sewage pump tuck outside our door the second day. Not sure if this was hotel or restaurant next door. We should have been notified about it so we could have left the room, the smell was nauseating ! The last morning there I did find & kill a small roach. The best thing about this property is the Rooster restaurant next door and a good location. Hopefully as they complete renovations this location will get these issues sorted out.

I liked that I could take my cats with me. There was no coffee machine in my room.

Rooms need to be updated. Floors in room were dirty.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.

The rooms were clean parking was great and it was quiet

While there were containers for soaps in both the shower and the sink vanity none of them happen to have anything in them, nor were any bars of soap of any kind available in the room.

Our first room smelled so bad of smoke (nonsmoking room) with burn holes in the comforter. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom near the toilet paper. My fiancé had to beg to get us a new room which still faintly smelled of stale smoke. No ice or machine worked.

Stayed 5 nights. Room was never serviced even after requesting. No way to connect the TV to WiFi. Washer was out of service my entire stay. All ice makers were nonfunctional. A/c was temperamental. Bed was comfortable and shower was strong.

Restaurants on lot

No cleaning No toiletries Way too soft beds No chair Bathrooms need complete overhaul. Old cracked toilet with oversized seat. Crud, dirt in corners of old tile floors (replace). Needs a Bathfitters insert tub. It did have a big brand new TV $375 for 4 nights Under renovation old motel, MacIntosh Inn, to franchise chain Red Roof Inn. About 80% complete.

The location The fist room I was sent to had no linnes. The second the refrigurateor was not working but, later replaced. I could not find a working Ice mchine.

Convenient to our destination. Diner on site. It was under renovation. Rooms and floor floors were dirty.

No cups or tissues in room but most of all -- pillows sucked. Had no structure and were foam filled, therefore not cool, but warm. Incremental unit was very loud.
