Super 8 by Wyndham Mendota I-39

I booked this but upon arriving there was a dead lawn tractor by the door, weeds and a general feeling of a place beyond help. I turned around and left with a “Hard No!” In my mind. I am a single female person traveling.

Staff was seldom at front desk, the room was disgusting, microwave and air worked poorly, and it didn't appear the room/bedding had been cleaned from last person. Everything in the room was sticky and wet. The tv remote was especially sticky. Absolutely gross. I walked across the floor both with socks on and barefoot and the soles of my feet were black. No tissues or coffee maker at all. The bathtub didn't drain well. Given the condition of the room, we were afraid to eat or drink anything from their extremely small breakfast/coffee bar. It was difficult to sleep with the noise we heard all night - air conditioner was extremely loud and so were guests. There was no room phone to call front desk. There was a sign posted with phone numbers in the lobby but I failed to take a picture. I didn't feel safe at all in this hotel. We will not be back - very disappointing for a Super 8 property! Our room rate was low and I guess you pay for what you get here!

As we walked in the smell was awful. Walked into the room and it smelled so bad we couldn't stay there, the floors were dirty, like they hadn't swept in a bit, the drawers were dirty as heck, bathroom was a mess. We ended up leaving and having to book another room the same night in the quality inn across the street. Avoid this place, im still trying to see if I can get my money back somehow.

The room was fine. I didn't sleep well, but the bed seemed comfy enough.

This was a nice place to stay on an overnight journey. It's not a fancy Hotel It's just a clean quiet motel at an affordable price.

The air conditioner worked. The bottom sheet was dirty and stained. Floor had debris on it. The toilet seat was broken. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. All the walls were stained. Large spider webs on the bathroom walls. The floors was sticky. No staff available on site.

Continental breakfast non-existent. Speaking to others staying there, their comments mirrored mine, most going to another motel across the road.

The staff very helpful setting up internet and tv. Easy check in process and check out. Great ice hacienda. Liked microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Room temperature able to control Crumbs on the floor.

Close to my farm They don’t offer breakfast. They say breakfast included but there was no breakfast

Dirty!! We slept in our clothing on top of the bedding. It was disgusting, stained bedding, hair on the bed, in the sink and tub. Felt like we had to sanitize our hands every time we touched anything in the room! Air condition wouldnt cool down the room. The refrigerator was warm. People hanging around outside made us uncomfortable, wondering if our vehicle was going to get broken into. Tried to find a different hotel but they were full. We will NEVER go back there!!

staff was polite it reeked of Marijuana, and there was mold in the bathroom.

It was all we could have wanted Quiet and clean,and the beds were great. We liked everything ♥️

Clean bed and bath at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was Twinkies and juice packs and coffee with powdered soy product.

Noisy, Simple

We were looking somewhere to stay reasonably inexpensive for the weekend while traveling with our large dog. They do accept large animals, that's great. I read previous reviews and knew that this motel is aged, but it had surprisingly good reviews. Bed was pretty comfortable and had surprisingly clean sheets. Front desk staff was polite and reimbursed us right away when I checked out early and canceled the rest of our stay. Room was filthy and dusty. I could write my name in the dust. Stains on the walls not cleaned up and I could clearly see it was a large spit or other body fluid.

Good stay but no coffee maker in the room.

very clean room and comfortable. large truck parking too. Lady at the check in was very nice and friendly.
