Very limited amenities breakfast OK

The room was very clean, staff were very friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield, would definitely stay again. All the staff was very kind, which means alot to me. One staff member even greeted me by my last name when I returned from my car gathering my belongings and told me to enjoy my stay, may not seem like much, but it meant alot to me. Looking forward to when I can visit again.

Great stay

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very pretty and fairly new (I think it opened in 2020). We stayed on the top (4th) floor, and it was very quiet that night. The room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The only issue that needed attention was that the USB/120-volt outlet on the dresser between the beds was damaged and inoperable, forcing me to return home to grab a plug adapter. We had a light breakfast before leaving, and the breakfast bar was very well stocked with eggs, sausage, bacon, a delicious little egg and Parmesan quiche, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and a large assortment of toppings along with coffee and juices. There was plenty to get your day started. The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was very sweet and efficient. I'm local to the area, so I probably won't need to stay here again very often, but I will definitely recommend the Fairfield to family and friends. And if we experience another power outage, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was a very pleasant stay!

Two years ago, we stayed here and there were ants in the room. This time there were ants in our bathroom and crawling in a line on the outside door jam. If were not for this, we would give it 5 stars.

Room was clean, bathroom was pretty clean. Bed was terrible, it was low to the floor and lumpy, no headboard just the decorated wall. The pillows were small and soft, I had to fold them in half to get decent support. I did not sleep well and now my neck hurts. The bathroom does not have a working fan and no a/c vent so it was humid and stuffy the whole time. The door has a large gap at the bottom so the light from the hallway shines into the entrance of the room all night long. The a/c didn't work well in the room, I had thermostat at 68 yet the room temp stayed at 74. The bedside lamp kept randomly turning off and on as if it had a short. No clock on the nightstand, only one nightstand had an outlet and charging port. There is a laundry room, the sign at the front says it is $2 per wash and dry, and on the machine it says $2, however when using the app it charges $4. Hotel staff said the price went up two weeks ago and they dont know why the sign hasn't been updated (the sign looks like it was typed on Word and printed). They only have housekeeping every 3 days, They also charge $14/day for parking, which is annoying. The Holiday Inn in Murrieta was much nicer, I will be returning there next time.
