Very good

The front desk staff who served us was very friendly, she gave us an upgrade room with view. We greatly appreciated. Thank you very much! We will be back again later.

Used to always be a great experience staying at the hotel, but this last one was bad. They closed the pool, no apologies were given and the long weekend was a waste of money. We were staying at the hotel to enjoy the pool. I'm waiting for the hotel to get back to me on how they will compensate us for not being able to use the pool.

Nice swimming pool

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The pool and outside area was very nice, hotel is beautiful My room bathroom doors were broken it seems, they are sliding doors and i had to use so much force to open and close them, at one point i was stuck in the bathroom trying to open the doors. Had to tell front desk and they had someone go up and work on it, didn’t offer to switch us rooms or anything so the guy worked on it while we walked around the property to let him work in peace, a little annoying since it was late and we wanted to relax.

Great experience, my parents loved their stay.

Clean, modern and beautiful hotel. There is a Verve Coffee right on site. We were very comfortable here! Location is great, seems to be in a newly developed area but since we had a car, it was a great base to come home to every day! Would stay again.

Exceptional
-
The balcony was ok. I had got the view of the bay but was barely visible to see . I paid a little extra to get a good view but I got a room at the 5th floor

We had such an amazing staycation at the hotel. The pool is incredible and heated, the rooms are spacious and have great design. We enjoyed breakfasts and lunches at the hotel’s restaurant. Special thanks to the amazing staff at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pool. I think it’s the best hotel in the Bay Area. Will definitely come back here.
-
Room was hot most of the time. The air vent faces the sofa instead of at the entire room so there was no air flow to the bed.
-
I got my fingers caught. It was very painful. I told the staff and she said she could get me ice. I am still in pain7 days later. I thought they should offer a discount for pain and suffering.

I enjoyed my stay

We live in the Bay but we love having staycation here especially during summer!

First time staying here and would definitely stay again. It was a nice escape from busy city life. Quiet and cozy is just what we needed. The staff was super friendly and we loved the food and cocktails at the Lobby Bar. We do wished the hot tub had more bubbles I guess you could say as it was difficult to turn back on. But otherwise it was wonderful.

It was a beautiful hotel . You need a car as it was not walking distance but was very well maintained with nice pool . We were there for wedding and was great
