Rosie went above and beyond. My tire went flat and she chased me down in the parking lot on a hot AZ to let me know and to see what kind of help I might need!

We have stayed here multiple times and never had a bad experience. Rooms nice and spacious. Pool clean

The only real issue I had was the noise coming from the adjacent suite. The door between the rooms is just a standard room door. I could hear the neighbors up very early and prepping everything in their kitchen. Other than that, everything was great.

Dated but still a decent place to stay.

The one room suite was really cute and roomy! The bed was great! And the shampoo n cond they have in the rooms is nice

Beautiful place had an issue with the bed , but right away they fixed it best place to stay and relax in Mesa AZ. That's for sure close to shopping marts and restaurant s we had a fantastic time we truly love this place Thank you Westgate we will be back very soon, Mrs. Hunt

Simply put there are about 70 public noticrs in 2 glass cases dealing with insolvency and trusty sales of the property. If you are looking for a clean room to sleep and able bodied a good choice if you are looking for a resort or or have a disabled family member the Motel 6 is a better choice .

The staff was kind and helpful, the property is constantly being swept and looks excellent. You will be delighted with your stay, don't hesitate to book. There is an excellent Italian restaurant within walking distance from the property grounds. Thank you Westgate for being so accommodating to me and my dogs, I really appreciate it, you helped make a tough week as good as it could get.

This place was presented as a resort but is more of an extended stay. Very thin walls, you could every step upstairs and in the rooms next door. There was a faint cigarette smell which may have been coming from next door but I’m not sure. The pros of the place are that the one bedrooms are huge and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable king size bed and a cute playground.

The staff was beyond helpful with needing a flexible check in. The room was lovely and very spacious. The grounds are well maintained.

Everything was greatI liked everything. The room was clean (including the shower :) front desk staff was super frendly, ac worked well. Area was very queit and peaceful, no weirdos hanging around outside, parking was close.And for the price,way more than i was expecting. Wonderful stay will definTely be back, highly recommended! Nothing couldve been better!

Alexys and Rosie at the front desk were two of the kindest and most professional individuals. They truly represented their organization well.
